Our pizza is now over 30 minutes late, we called the store to find out what the issue was. The woman that answered at first seemed helpful but when we called back because we were on hold so long she became very rude. We were told that the order was on the road and it would be to us shortly, when asked how long shortly was because it's already late we were told they were backed up and that we could expect our pizza in 10 to 15 minutes. It's been 45 minutes and still no pizza......

Every single time I order from this store, I'm delivered a burnt pizza. Today I was delivered the wrong pizza, and it was burned. I call the store and was on hold over a hour, before I hung up(No one ever answered). I had to file a complaint through their live chat. Which is a waste of time! You have to wait 3 business days to hear back. In the meantime, you just starve!!!!

Good luck trying to talk to anyone when they don't deliver part of your order. On hold forever ordered 6 ranch sauces got 0 need refund. Ridiculous service! Guess I'll call my bank have them refund me since they have 0 customer service. Guess it's time to switch to papa Johns or domino's as well the last 2 times I've had their pizza it wasn't that good little Cesar's is almost better lol....to your automated comment I did email and yall did nothing but its ok my bank did. I moved onto domino's.

The Pizza Hut on Desert Inn & Pecos is by far the BEST in Las Vegas!! The dough is always fresh and the pizza is always delicious!! The staff is very friendly too and the restaurant is always clean and nice looking!!

If you want your order to arrive within a reasonable window of state of delivery time and still have the food edible don’t choose Desert Inn location. 34 minutes late, location puts you on eternal hold, either delivery is late IR sometimes you have to go get yourself lol. It’s not the locations fault it’s the person who supposed to be paying attention to it. The district manager, you can’t expect what you don’t inspect and there’s definitely not any inspections going on there just a bunch of circumventing KPI‘s. There are many other locations to choose from this one was just way too convenient. If your HR department or recruiting department needs any help I can give them a few tips on how to hire the right people.

Took forever for someone to come to counter to take my order
Why pay for extra cheese if all you give is nothing extra ?!?!? You charge $2/3 for extra cheese and you stiff the customer!! Then yall want us to tip lol what a slap in the face . Ppl pay for quality.

On August 25th around 3:15 pm I pick up my pizza ? and bread sticks . The young lady that gave me my order was extremely polite , the rest of the stuff greated me with respect. Customer service has gone up a few levels from a few years ago when I stop going to that location. Corporate and franchise owner please pay attention to your great workers .
