If someone puts in an order to be picked up at a specific time, even if it's super bowl Sunday, if you know that you're behind on your schedule and on your work then you didn't to start things 30 to 45 minutes earlier, don't have the customer wait 30 to 40 minutes start your crap earlier and get on your game, it's super bowl Sunday this isn't the first super bowl this isn't the first time people ordered pizza for super bowl so get your act together

I think the rating of this location is wrong. I had a very good experience here. Honestly I think Pizza Hut has upped there game at there locations. My order came out accurate. The employee was friendly when walking in. My order was done on time. I honestly can't complain about anything. I definitely do recommend this location to others..... I will definitely be back again........

Very disappointed. My pizza was not ready at the time scheduled, customer service was horrible. The guy at the register had the worse customer service, when I go to take a bite of my pizza ( it was cold) now I know why I don’t come to Pizza Hut. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Every time I order from this location, I track the delivery online. Every time they say the pizza was delivered when it isn’t. I have to call the store and ask what happened with my order. Food was over cooked and I usually have to recut the pizza.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I had to call to find out where my order was after it was suppose to have already been delivered 10 minutes prior, yet on the tracker it is still being prepared. From there, the driver chose to NOT use the provided phone number to help HIM and his troubles of funding my home. We had to go look for him in the complex and we received our order in the middle of the street 3 buildings down... RIDICULOUS! To add to the experience it said my order was delivered, when it hadn't been. When that happened, the location tracker went away. FIVE MINUTES LATER, WE FOUND the driver and walked our order home. You can drive around my entire small complex 3 times in a 5 minute span. Furthermore, there is a HUGE map at the entrance where you can locate the building # and from there the unit # is not hard, as there are only 3 to choose from. So, now, that we FUNALLY have our 40 minute order in an hours plus time.... OF COURSE half of the edges are burnt. REALLY? How does one not see that when preparing the order? Unacceptable! Lastly, pizza was barely warm, and flavorless. I called the store to explain my disappointment. Talked to a manger... she didn't bother giving me her name. She did listen, and then provided an excuse that it was the drivers second day. IDC! Again, there is a HUGE map at the entrance and you have a phone number if help is needed. I was offered to have my order remade... ummm... no thank you, I don't care to wait another hour and or go thru this delivery situation again. I did not take a remake, I was not offered any other compensations, but I did not call to speak to a manager for that. I simply took a 2 year hiatus from Pizza Hut due to a bad experience. I chose regretfully tonight to give them another chance.... and this is the result! NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN! If I could give ZERO STARS I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

I typically don’t leave reviews for delivery pizza places, but I wanted to leave a positive review regarding my local Pizza Hut. I placed an order when I was on my boat at Lake Mead because I wanted to have pizza when I got home. I placed it for 90 minutes in advance. Somehow, during placing the order it reverted back to “deliver now”, and the pizza arrived at my house before I even got off the lake. I called the restaurant and explained the issue and that I didn’t have any idea what happened, and they immediately offered to remake the pizzas and have them sent out at the right time. When I got home, the pizza arrived not more than 10 minutes after I got there and that same delivery driver brought the food to my door with a friendly smile and said, Don’t worry about it. Enjoy your pizza!” I originally offered to pay something because I know there’s cost associated with something like this, but they said they would remake the pieces and send them out.
I know, chain pizza places, get a bad rep a lot, but I wanted to say that I had a great experience, ordering here, and of course I’ll be ordering again. Thanks for your accommodation and willingness to make this right for me!

Food is alright. I think the pizza is okay but their breadsticks are amazing! It’s unfortunate that they provide 5 massive breadsticks but only 1 petri dish sized marina sauce that comes with it..
Also all the sauces you have to pay for and the provided amount of sauce is always disproportionate to the amount of food. I’m fine with paying for it but it’s a huge lack of service and not something one would expect if you’re getting this all delivered.
I ordered a pizza and person working for Pizza Hut processed my order with my credit card over the phone. Secondly, a driver from door dash arrives at my home stating I need to pay in cash, mind you I already paid over the phone. I called immediately the store and spoke with several incompetent employees at this specific location including a Supervisor. I will NEVER order pizza from here again I will be ordering from Dominoes and I will order a new credit card due to I could be a potential fraud victim.

I payed extra for sausage on my pepperoni stuff crust pizza and it came with like maybe 5-7 tiny pieces of sausage on the whole pizza barely one little piece of sausage per slice, I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time. I was very disappointed

I never felt compelled to write a negative review until today. I understand that pobody’s nerfect but this was a blatant disregard/respect for customer service. I placed an order online for carry out, but when I went to pick it up was completely given a wrong order. Foolishly I didn’t check my order my fault, but when I called I was met with hostility and was basically told “too bad so sad.” Terrible attitude.
