I payed extra for sausage on my pepperoni stuff crust pizza and it came with like maybe 5-7 tiny pieces of sausage on the whole pizza barely one little piece of sausage per slice, I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time. I was very disappointed

I never felt compelled to write a negative review until today. I understand that pobody’s nerfect but this was a blatant disregard/respect for customer service. I placed an order online for carry out, but when I went to pick it up was completely given a wrong order. Foolishly I didn’t check my order my fault, but when I called I was met with hostility and was basically told “too bad so sad.” Terrible attitude.

I tried to place an order online. When I "clicked" the place order now tab at the end of order, it scrolled for like a second. Wasn't sure if the order went through. I gave it 10 mins. Never got an email or text conformation, so called the store. It took 5 mins of explaining that I had placed on order & wasn't sure if the order went through that way I didn't reorder & cause a double order. Got told by the guy "he sees my order & it's in the oven. Left it at that.... Flash forward to 50 mins later, still had not had any delivery of my order. So called customer service. Got connected with a gal that I could immediately tell didn't speak a lick of English other than very very basic. I spelled out my Las name 5 times for her & pronunciated it atleast 10 times. And she still couldn't do anything for me. I had to make other arrangements for my families dinner after over an hour now. This is the 2nd time in 6 months I've had issues wit pizza hits app/local store/customer service. Their pizza is not worth this kind of frustration. They seem to hire incompetent people at all levels.

Placed an order the night before to be delivered to my sons school first thing in the morning. (1040am). By 1125 they still didn’t deliver it (got a call from his school) and when I called to find out why, the person set it for 1040PM.

Don’t pre order here unless you want to anticipate problems

Called the night before to place an order, pay, and set a delivery time for first thing in the morning when they open to deliver pizzas to my son’s school. Delivery time was set to 1040AM. Got a call at 1122AM from my sons school that there was still no pizza. Called Pizza Hut and asked what was going on, they set the delivery for 1040PM. So kids didn’t get lunch, paid for pizzas for nothing, such a disappointment of an experience.

First time I came into this Pizza Hut there was bugs in the lobby which is always an awesome sign right :). And the pizza wasn’t made the way I ordered it. Well I decided to give it another chance since it’s right next to my house and my god I never will again. They make asking for light cheese seem like it’s rocket science and my pizza came out looking like they put extra on there. 1 bite of it and it was a complete waste of money. I’ve had good Pizza Hut experiences and it’s really not hard. But I suppose if you work at this location you’re not the wisest human being on the planet.

Pizza is always made up to standards and hot. I've found that their website is broken and won't allow online ordering, which is a pain. Calling in to order can be a pain sometimes with the hold time. Like other locations,m I think a refresh of the overall decor is needed to not look so 90's ish.
