This location sucks! Paid $15 for delivery of 2 pizzas and they sent the wrong pizza. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes to get resolution and no answer. I went into the location to get my order fixed and the manager took the pizza and walked away and made me wait another 30 minutes to get my order corrected and it was still incorrect. I’m left to dispute my transaction with my bank. I’ll never order from this location again

Once again, bad experience. Ordered for delivery app said 25 min but it took them over 2 hours for 1 pizza. Called the store, person hung up on me,called again, he put me on hold for awhile, and then a lady picked up and I tried to cancel my order she said it was on its,why and it wasn't. Finally it was delivered. ( not delievery persons fault). This store has management problems and horrible customer service.
I will no longer order from them again. This was not my first time I have given them 3 times and no more.

Pizza Hut contracts DoorDash for their pizza delivery. My order was stolen by the DoorDash driver nothing was ever done about it despite several attempts. Just went here yesterday lady was acting weird the whole time we order 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage and the lady gave us 2 sausage she refused to give us a refund or remake the order and just said there’s nothing she can do she needs to be fired I’m never going back there

Order thru the app, went to pick up and when got home was given wrong pizza. Called store and call goes to call center. Asked to be transferred to store on 3 different attempts was put on hold for over 18 minutes each call. There is no way to contact the store to advise of an incorrect order. Really? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. Plenty of other better places to order from, and they won’t even take your call to make it right. Sad that Pizza Hut has sunken to this level.

I’ve ordered from this location for the last 7yrs - Ft Apache and Sunset location. I’m not sure what’s going on but this is the second time in the last two months that they gave me the wrong order. The first time I decided to drive over and waited on the phone to give them the heads up. I got there and there was no apology and I even gave them the pizzas that they dropped off since my family and I didn’t touch them.
Today on May 15, 2025 I got the wrong pizzas and if it was something I’d eat I would just eat it and not bother them. But these pizza’s have ZERO toppings. Im currently on hold and it’s been 28 minutes….. If I’m able to update the comment I will let you know how long it took them to answer and if they were apologetic this time.

Ordered through the app and it duplicated one of my pizzas and just didn't include the pizza that my kids would eat. Called the store to inquire and they could not have cared less and didn't offer any solutions. It was like talking to a wall. Just moved into this neighborhood this year and looks like I'll have to change where I get pizza from. Oh well. I used rewards so I'm wondering if this was some kind of 'you get what you paid for' situation. Disappointed.
UPDATE: Ordered 8 boneless wings. Got 5. Pizza wasn't cut how I asked. Just kept getting worse.

Well the new pizza cheesy bite with ranch was absolutely horrible the bites were mostly empty and then it was just like a hanging piece of extra dough. Staff seem bothered by me picking up my order and we’re just there no hi or welcome or anything his exact words were are you placing a order or picking up that was it no hi or thank you nothing. Over 18 dollars for a 1 topping pizza definitely not worth the money. Can honestly say I won’t come back. I suggest buyer beware both food and service at this location were terrible. Sad very sad.

My first review for Pizza Hut, with that being said I’ve ordered from this location on several times. Being I live no more than 5 mins away. But this is the first time I’ve seen this “manager” at this location. My order was wrong, he notified me as I got there. Stating he knew his staff made the pizzas wrong by switching the toppings. Right off the bat if you knew your staff made it wrong why would you wait for me to arrive and then tell me and ask me what should I do. Make it make sense. I’m an experienced GM in the restaurant industry. You should have had it made asap when you noticed it wrong. Not for the customer to come in and then notify them and ask if I still wanted the pizza or if I was willing to wait another 30-45 mins. The worst part is when I got him the pizzas weren’t even warm. Like they weren’t freshly made. I had made a few efforts to call to notify them I wanted a new pizza and have it made and I’ll be down to exchange them. But to no avail. No answer. My family hungry and irritated they decided to say fuct it and eat what was edible. In the picture you can see the crust was even still white for gods sake! Supposed to be original pan but turned out thin crust. Some parts of the pizza were thicker than the rest while most of the pizza was super thin. Flat as paper. As you can see in the photo. Even the meat weren’t all cooked throughly. Extremely disappointing. This so called “manager” was truly in-empathic, unhinged, and worst unhygienic. Looking like he’s going on day 3 of no shower. Pretty much the last time I’m going to that Pizza Hut. On Fort Apache and sunset in Las Vegas.

Had to work late and decided to order Pizza Hut for my kids, wished I looked up the reviews before I ordered from that place. The pizza had no sauce, only cheese and pepperoni. I came straight To the location to show them the low quality of pizza that was made and how unacceptable this is. I spend $26 dollars on a medium pizza with no sauce. I’m so furious about the lack of customer service. Tawan is the manager and Showed no concern about the situation.
