I asked him why would they put in the system that the order is complete if they still going to make me wait 10 more minutes it makes it look like on my end that I am holding the pizza for 10 minutes and it messes up my ratings just because you guys lied and said the order was completed.

Pizza crust was like cardboard… very dry, hard, stiff, and flavorless. One of my pizzas was burnt and barely had any cheese on it. However, the owner had it remade for me, and offered me a free soda for the wait. Very kind and nice people. Just need to teach the young staff how to make the pizza properly. I dont think I will be back though.

Absolutely awful location. The staff and management are rude and unprofessional. The food is awful and I hope corporate steps in and does something about it. Why would anyone open a store if they don't like working with people? Just close it down.

Quality so bad, I disputed it with my bank as soon as the charge posted. I’m not sure what personal errands the driver may have been running, but he drove around for 20 minutes, past my apartments, before he arrived. He also marked the pizza as delivered five minutes before actually bringing it to me. It was also COLD, stale and gross by the time it finally arrived. No tape on the box to assure it hasn’t been opened either. Grosses me out. Barely any toppings. Delivery driver a pulled it out the bag all sideways and careless before giving it to me.

This location sucks! Paid $15 for delivery of 2 pizzas and they sent the wrong pizza. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes to get resolution and no answer. I went into the location to get my order fixed and the manager took the pizza and walked away and made me wait another 30 minutes to get my order corrected and it was still incorrect. I’m left to dispute my transaction with my bank. I’ll never order from this location again

Once again, bad experience. Ordered for delivery app said 25 min but it took them over 2 hours for 1 pizza. Called the store, person hung up on me,called again, he put me on hold for awhile, and then a lady picked up and I tried to cancel my order she said it was on its,why and it wasn't. Finally it was delivered. ( not delievery persons fault). This store has management problems and horrible customer service.
I will no longer order from them again. This was not my first time I have given them 3 times and no more.

Pizza Hut contracts DoorDash for their pizza delivery. My order was stolen by the DoorDash driver nothing was ever done about it despite several attempts. DoorDash is proving to be negatively effecting the company. I emailed the wecarelvp email as well as called corporate. Before you tell me to email, check the email and give me my refund. Just went here yesterday lady was acting weird the whole time we order 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage and the lady gave us 2 sausage she refused to give us a refund or remake the order and just said there’s nothing she can do she needs to be fired I’m never going back there

Asked to be transferred to store on 3 different attempts was put on hold for over 18 minutes each call. There is no way to contact the store to advise of an incorrect order. Really? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. Plenty of other better places to order from, and they won’t even take your call to make it right. Sad that Pizza Hut has sunken to this level.

I’ve ordered from this location for the last 7yrs - Ft Apache and Sunset location. I’m not sure what’s going on but this is the second time in the last two months that they gave me the wrong order. The first time I decided to drive over and waited on the phone to give them the heads up. I got there and there was no apology and I even gave them the pizzas that they dropped off since my family and I didn’t touch them.
Today on May 15, 2025 I got the wrong pizzas and if it was something I’d eat I would just eat it and not bother them. But these pizza’s have ZERO toppings. Im currently on hold and it’s been 28 minutes….. If I’m able to update the comment I will let you know how long it took them to answer and if they were apologetic this time.

Ordered through the app and it duplicated one of my pizzas and just didn't include the pizza that my kids would eat. Called the store to inquire and they could not have cared less and didn't offer any solutions. It was like talking to a wall. Just moved into this neighborhood this year and looks like I'll have to change where I get pizza from. Oh well. I used rewards so I'm wondering if this was some kind of 'you get what you paid for' situation. Disappointed.
UPDATE: Ordered 8 boneless wings. Got 5. Pizza wasn't cut how I asked. Just kept getting worse.

Well the new pizza cheesy bite with ranch was absolutely horrible the bites were mostly empty and then it was just like a hanging piece of extra dough. Staff seem bothered by me picking up my order and we’re just there no hi or welcome or anything his exact words were are you placing a order or picking up that was it no hi or thank you nothing. Over 18 dollars for a 1 topping pizza definitely not worth the money. Can honestly say I won’t come back. I suggest buyer beware both food and service at this location were terrible. Sad very sad.
