The parking lot is very congested and the street, itself, is a complete hazard! (I'm not taking stars off for that) Just beware/cautious when arriving.

I've been ordering from this location for a couple of years now and it has gone downhill. When ordering delivery I have gotten my order wrong multiple times, but let it slide because I hate calling to complain. When ordering pick up, I will be standing at the front for minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. This last time was the worst, I ordered delivery and they delivered me a pizza that looked incredibly dry and old. I immediately drove to the store to get either a refund or a remake. The person remade my pizza but not without arguing with me over the condition of what was very clearly an overcooked, old pizza. I'm done with this location, won't be back.

The service operation of this place might the worst of any business I've ever seen. I wont be placing an order with this location ever again. Higher level management needs to step in and help these people out.

Food quality is as expected for a Pizza Hut, my biggest issue is their preference for third party delivery services (GrubHub/Uber). I literally watched my pizza come out of the oven, get sat down on a counter and the server spend 20+ minutes prepping and catering to Uber drivers before giving me my order despite me checking-in (so you can’t say you didn’t know). 40yo lady who looks like Kari from the Incredibles, I’m talking to you.

Only reason why I gave two stars is cause the last I spoke to around 8:38pm on this Saturday was nice and accommodating but I ordered two pizzas at 730pm and a hour later received it and one was wrong and overly cooked and dry and the other one was completely fresh no problem. I called to have a replacement and she assured me it will be about 25 mins and she will not let me wait any longer. Well here we are at 9:40pm (a little over a hour later) and replacement pizza still not here. I called to cancel it all together and just get a refund for the one pizza and was told driver is pulling up any minute. I don't understand why I couldn't get a refund and my dad paid $28 for this order so his grandkids can eat tonight. My last time ordering from them. I'm going to Marco's next time

if I mark zero tip before submitting a payment for carryout pizza and then my 14 year old daughter walks in the store to pick up the pizza. Is it legal for the employees to ask her for a digital tip on my card without the actual card or authorization (after I initially declined to tip on the original purchase)? 🤔

This corporation is HORRIBLE! I made a special order that was ruined. When I tried to call to inform them, their automatic system would route my call to their business. Nobody and I mean Nobody would pick up. This happened 3 times. Then, they sent a survey and asked the question, would you like us to call you. Nobody called me back. Just a screwed up business. 🤮

I would’ve gave 5 stars if my husband didn’t have to go back and pick up another pizza because they burned my first one. I’m pregnant and that was a huge inconvenience but they made up for their mistake and the second pizza was perfect. Also, if we pay for extra toppings, we should get extra toppings. Especially for how expensive the toppings are. Please stop giving us less than what we pay for.

Calling to get chain restaurant pizza is really my fault but let's start with the initial call.

Called in to place an order and you are clearly not talking to anyone who actually works In a store(Strike One). I ordered my food and made sure to repeat my order. Got to the store and nobody says anything when you walk in(Strike Two). Received my order and realized only after I pulled away, that the order was wrong. Went back to get it corrected and to my surprise, Pizza Hut does not give refunds for orders they have clearly screwed up. Just a credit...

I called back as I was deiv8ng home pissed off and no one actually transfers you to a manager per your request. They just keep you on hold until you give up.

Im not ever coming back... So I just got robbed in broad daylight by PIZZA HUT?!? HAHAHAHA! Wonderful.
