Calling to get chain restaurant pizza is really my fault but let's start with the initial call.
Called in to place an order and you are clearly not talking to anyone who actually works In a store(Strike One). I ordered my food and made sure to repeat my order. Got to the store and nobody says anything when you walk in(Strike Two). Received my order and realized only after I pulled away, that the order was wrong. Went back to get it corrected and to my surprise, Pizza Hut does not give refunds for orders they have clearly screwed up. Just a credit...
I called back as I was deiv8ng home pissed off and no one actually transfers you to a manager per your request. They just keep you on hold until you give up.
Im not ever coming back... So I just got robbed in broad daylight by PIZZA HUT?!? HAHAHAHA! Wonderful.
Food was delivered on time and food was great!
1 star because I can't give zero. This was the first time in years we ordered from The Hut... We were disgusted previously... but so many years have past we decided to give them one more shot. My goodness what a mistake that was. This food... and I call it that just barely.... was so disappointing it was barely edible. The pasta sauce was gritty not creamy, and absolutely flavourless like eating flour paste. I had the baked cheesy pasta?? Could have fooled me. If there was cheese on top it was hardly noticeable and you certainly couldn't taste it. The cheese sticks were again flavourless. Greasy yes... but no flavour... not even salt. The pepperoni pizza was the worst I've ever had. Not sure who made this meal but maybe they just weren't trained correctly... or this is actually Pizza Huts standards... Either way... 1000% disgusting. We won't order again and we wouldn't recommend anyone else order either. If you do you're not only wasting money but you'll be throwing your order in the trash like we did.
Made our pizza wrong and burned out bread sticks didn't even get one not burned couldn't eat em .. and the pasta had no chicken mixed in and was dry as hell as well as gave extra for sauce and didn't get extra sauce .. worst Pizza Hut buy ever
I ordered online for pick up. When picking up, the staff got my order wrong. I told them that’s fine just remake it, I don’t mind waiting. The man up front said “nah i am not doing that. A remake will take 25 minutes.” Left my food on the counter and moved on to the next customer. Horrible customer service. Will not return to this location as it’s not the first time the staff makes the wrong food & refuse to remake it due to wait time.
Did not receive all the toppings I requested. And it was only 2 toppings. Y’all robbed me.
Food is always fresh. Service is slow but that happens when you run a skeleton crew. I’m sorry but Atmosphere, no matter what day or time, could definitely be cleaner and more presentable, especially when you’re serving food. It only makes your customers wonder if the employees keep the kitchen clean as well. Grease marks on the counters, trash on the lobby floor, caked up dust on the computers, fingerprints on the doors and windows, inventory in the public view, chairs dirty, etc.
From one business owner to another, your lobby is the first thing your customers see and unfortunately also their first impression. The good thing is that the Pizza Hut name does well on its own so you’ll still have consistent business 👍🏼

Absolutely outstanding experience at Pizza Hut, and I must single out one extraordinary employee whose service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, it was clear that Matt possesses a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The service was swift, yet meticulously detailed. Matt’s demeanor was not only courteous but also radiated genuine warmth, a rarity in today’s fast-paced food service industry!
In an industry where mediocrity often prevails, this Pizza Hut employee is a beacon of excellence. If I could give six stars, I would.

The staff here is very sweet. One of the employees explained while I was there that most of the time it is better to either go to the store physically to place your order or call them to make sure you receive the BEST PRICES especially during promotional SPECIALS. (I placed my order online, and she helped me discover that I was paying way too much!) Thanks 😊

Easy to place order over the phone; polite, helpful and friendly service. Only 15 minutes until pizza would be ready. When arrived, I was greeted by a professional and extremely kind young lady who handled my order. My pizza was already waiting on me. Clean facility.

The Pizza Hut on Decatur and horse is terrible I never get what I order they refused to remake or refund my order and where really loud the manager was very rude I will not ever go back to such a horrible place

No in store menu, they want you to scan a QR code to view a menu. Absolutely disgusting and abhorrent behavior by Pizza Hut corporate, I shouldn't need to use a phone to order something in person AT THE PHYSICAL LOCATION. This is very clearly a corporate decision to rack up advertising statistics by tracking every phone that scans the menu QR code. Staff was friendly, helpful and energetic during my visit.

Order was 30 minutes late from their "estimation" then blocked my call that was connected to the order but took a call from another phone. And rudely put me on hold and then all they said it "would be here shortly" then it proceeded to show up 30 minutes after that and all they said was sorry. If you know you are busy then 1 don't take more orders or 2 say the real time it will be delivered. All they said was sorry after all of this BTW. Would give this a 0 if I could
September 2022 - seriously, screw this place. 2nd time in a row I ordered extra pizza sauce for the kids and the delivery driver doesn't bring them. Why the hell am I paying $5 for a delivery fee if the damn delivery isn't right? And why am I being charged for the pizza sauce if it doesn't come? I want a refund.
August 2024 - so this place no longer delivers the pizza themselves. They use door dash. Took over an hour to get pizza. Tried to call them to see if I could pick the order up myself - 2 issues. 1) they use a call center for all calls now. 2) when the call center forwarded the call, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Sat on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally hung up. I will not order from here ever again. I've had enough.
