Gave 5 stars for the fast and friendly service I received (11:30am on a Sunday)

The parking lot is very congested and the street, itself, is a complete hazard! (I'm not taking stars off for that) Just beware/cautious when arriving.

I would’ve gave 5 stars if my husband didn’t have to go back and pick up another pizza because they burned my first one. I’m pregnant and that was a huge inconvenience but they made up for their mistake and the second pizza was perfect. Also, if we pay for extra toppings, we should get extra toppings. Especially for how expensive the toppings are. Please stop giving us less than what we pay for.

Food is always fresh. Service is slow but that happens when you run a skeleton crew. I’m sorry but Atmosphere, no matter what day or time, could definitely be cleaner and more presentable, especially when you’re serving food. It only makes your customers wonder if the employees keep the kitchen clean as well. Grease marks on the counters, trash on the lobby floor, caked up dust on the computers, fingerprints on the doors and windows, inventory in the public view, chairs dirty,...
