2nd time ordering from here and both times they give me the wrong stuff and miss toppings on the pizza.

Literally, I don’t think I’ve ever received a pizza that turned out correctly from this location. It almost feels like they’re trying to mess it up—toppings and cheese are often off-center, leaving large areas of plain crust, and more often than not, it looks like it was cut by a three-year-old.
I also ordered wings online, so I know exactly what flavor I requested. However, I received Spicy Garlic instead of Parmesan Garlic. When I pointed it out, they claimed it was “in the system wrong,” which is clearly false since I have my online order receipt showing the correct flavor.
It’s disappointing—especially from a Pizza Hut, as I’ve usually been a fan.

The absolute worst personal pan pizza I've ever had! I've had better from Pizza Hut Express locations with the personal pan pizzas already done. I wish I would've looked at the reviews first - seems that this location is substandard. Thankfully there are other Pizza Huts nearby.

Picked up a doordash order for a customer.Askes nicely the first time how long it would be for the wait. They said a few minutes. 18 minutes later I asked again and said ive been waiting for a while, and the manager said good, I dont care. I responded its not good for me or the customer. The manger is a rude jerk.So your telling me that that you don't give a care about the excessive wait for a customer and have to be rude about it. This is the worst pizza hut I've had to deal with in Vegas. I'll never order from this place ever again. I explained to the custom about what this manager said and told him to also complain to DD about the manager.

I order from the store quite often Anytime I’ve had an issue. They’ve been quick to fix customer service is always top-notch. Just appreciate the general manager Being so kind thank you again

This store is an absolute cluster... Place to pick up order and when I went to go pick it up at the time scheduled, there was no one at the counter or greeting customers. All of the employees were in the back singing, and rapping songs with foul language. My order was for 7;46 p.m. and no one came to the counter until about 7:57 p.m. I wish I could take back my prepaid tip, shame on me for that one. Even when they know they are taking extra long and seeing five or six angry customers in the lobby they don't apologize or anything. This place is an absolute joke. The worst part is you can't even call the customer service line because the number goes directly to the store, there's no way any feedback is getting back to the manager. My expectations for Pizza Hut aren't very high but this is absolutely ridiculous.

We ordered a pizza and unfortunately, it did have a hair attached to it. Although this one is an issue Clayton, the store manager helped us even two days after because I was not able to get in contact. So nice and great customer service skills. He understood the severity of the situation and was very nice about it.

Do not order from this store. The food quality is atrocious and they'll never get it right. I honestly can’t tell you the last time I received a correct order from this store, and unfortunately if you order through the app you can’t choose which store it comes from. Customer service is abysmal. What everyone says about marking the order delivered and it arriving late is 100% true when they are busy. The store manager is a liar and rude. Literally your order will NEVER be right and there is absolutely no accountability. I ordered a pan and a hand tossed pizza. Per the manager they boxed and sent the pizzas themselves. They know for a fact it's a pan, enough so to basically say I am lying. See below. NO PAN PIZZA IN SIGHT. Absolutely pathetic.

We have been ordering pizza every other Friday from this Pizza Hut for years and within the last year or so it has become awful. We ordered 8 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday, half weren’t even cut and the other half were cut so ridiculously we had to recut the pizza. We were supposed to get 4 cheese and 4 pepperoni and ended up with 6 cheese and 2 pepperoni. I stupidly never said anything and decided to try again tonight, the pizza showed up cooked terribly and again looking like it was cut with their eyes closed. I’m disappointed at myself for stupidly continuing to give them my money on terrible quality pizza.

It should not matter if you are a customer or Door Dasher or Uber Driver. Pizza Hut employees should be required to give an estimated time of completion for any order.
We shouldn't have to wait quietly while no one acknowledges 6 of us standing in the lobby. Simply because the woman with the blue strak in her hair making pizzas in the back prefers to call the orders out as she completes them.
I waited 25 minutes for my order. I could've spent that 25 minutes in my car. Or running another errand. Absolutely unnecessary.

I got on the phone with a lady taking my order and she could barely understand English and I tried to be respectful as much as possible but she kept mixing up my words talking about random things and not quit understanding what I was trying to say and I was on the phone basically 20 minutes trying and trying to order because this is closes to my house so I really wanted to get my food from this one. Afterwords the lady got annoyed and transferred me to a call center and then the call center couldn’t understand English and wasn’t understanding me either. 15 minutes later I got my pizza then the order was wrong, it was missing ham, I politely asked them if they can make the right pizza I ordered so they remade the pizza for me because I was only missing ham but when they gave me the pizza I looked at it and it was barely ham it was a small portion and most slices didn’t even have ham on it. I just wanna know who would put someone on the phone that rarely understands English in a place where most people speak English and who is being stingy with the ham on a pizza that’s supposed to have ham.

I wouldn’t bothering ordering from this place even if you live close by. I live within 10 mins of this place and the estimated time the app said it would arrive was not correct. It took over an hour, secondly when the almost $50 pizza got here it’s barely cut. Half of it is in a solid slab so we had to cut it ourselves and you don’t even get any napkins AND the cheesy bread didn’t even come with the marinara sauce it was supposed to.
When I called to ask where my order was (the app said it was already delivered and preparing at the same time) the girl on the phone stated there’s only one driver so it’s gonna be a minute. And when I asked where my order is again she sounded like i was asking her to do something out of her job description.
Clearly this Pizza Hut is going through some things, spend your money elsewhere

Ordered food for delivery that kind-of never came. Showed delivered at 7:37pm on the app, at 7:50 I called and they said it was a glitch and it would be there any minute. At 8:05 I called to cancel, at 8:45 they rang the doorbell for delivery - we refused to accept. The refund they claim to have processed also never showed up.
