Trash location with the absolute worst useless staff.
Stay away unless you like receiving empty boxes. And them ignoring your complaints. They also falsely place your order as delivered even tho it will be 20 more minutes before it actually arrives, I have submitted surveys as well as called no one ever reached out to make it right. Also called the corporate number again no one cares enough to make it right

So I did have a situation with the delivery of my food and what the app was saying. The manager (Clayton) at the location 215/Hualapi was sooo understanding and very professional. That’s what I call excellent customer skills and leadership! He definitely turned a horrible experience into a magnificent experience 💜 Also, Terra was very professional and kind. Pizza Hut thank you for hiring excellent employees 💜

Placed a big order 2 hours ahead of time on Halloween for my whole family had to cancel because they were 3 hours behind 15 kids no pizza not a fun Halloween. Never again

Biggest pizza let down I've experienced. When I picked up the pizzas, the boxes felt extremely light, light to the point that I actually looked inside to make sure both boxes had a pizza. Upon getting home, the disappointment continued. The 'Big New Yorker' is a total sham. It's like they took a medium pizza dough and stretched it to 16". The entire pizza was thinner than a freakin tortilla. Sauce was non-existent, and the pepperoni tasted horrible. I recommend saving your money. You'd be better off with a frozen pizza or better yet a Costco pizza.

33 minutes late on pickup
1.5 miles from my house and they won’t deliver
Pizza order was pre made specialty pizza and they messed it up.
Sit inside nobody to assist, screen with ordered is all backed up, and no apologies or compensation.

It's unfortunate, but I just can't justify anything higher than 1 star. I ordered food for my family after 7 pm with an estimated delivery of 8:02 pm. Around 8:10 p.m. I began looking outside and trying to find the food I looked on the app and it said that it was still out for delivery I called the phone number and said it was still out for delivery so I didn't panic. However at about 8:30 I went back and looked again and realized that it says that it has been delivered I called spoke to an associate at the Pizza Hut and they informed me that the delivery driver still had my order and then it should be delivered soon. I looked back on the app, and it said that it was out for delivery it no longer said that it was delivered to its house like, okay, maybe I miss-saw something, and was confused. So at 8:40 something I again call and it says that my food has been delivered I waited on the line to talk to a manager at which time I was informed that their delivery driver would be at my house in about 3 mins and the manager called the driver to confirm. We again waited almost 10 mins but never saw a driver. I called again and was informed that the driver had just returned and confirmed that my order had in fact been delivered however I had already told them and called multiple times to let them know that I had not received my order.
I spoke with the manager Clayton and he informed me that we would either be able to do a replacement order or I would get a refund I did choose to do the replacement order at which time he told me that it would be approximately 20 to 30 minutes for me to get my order which would lead us to approximately 9:20 9:30 p.m. the delivery driver was instructed to call, and thankfully, she did call to confirm instead of just leaving the food. It confirmed that she did, in fact, deliver the food to the wrong address the first time. She had to call me back to use her GPS and, after a few minutes, drove to the correct location to drop off my food. However once she dropped off the food I realized that I was only receiving half of the original order that I had so I waited this entire time to not even get the food that was promised to me by the manager. Specifically missing 1 med pizza and Cinnabon dessert. The driver seemed genuinely confused when I asked about the rest of my order.. I told her I was going to call, but honestly, I'm just done. The only reason I can give service two stars is because I do feel like the manager was making an effort to correct the situation however I don't know if the manager just doesn't have the resources available to them to correct situations like this but to have it handled like this is just absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible. First time ordering from this location. Blamed not receiving my order on their system. Oldest play in the book. Please take your money to Albertsons next door and grab yourselves a Red Baron and call it a night. Choose business wisely friends. Blacklist me please!
