Every time I order from this location it’s a problem the last time I order from here the guy put my food out side on the ground and didn’t even call my phone now I order from same location and it’s taking for ever for some one to answer and I order my food around 5 and and it’s currently 6:38 and I have yet to receive my food I will definitely never order from this location

Shout out to Thomas as a DoorDash and GrubHub driver. It is always appreciated when people are nice. Thomas have the store clean the place look nice. Everybody was happy. He treated all the customers that I saw. Come in with love and respect please make this guy the owner of the store if he isn’t already the manager.

This pizza hut allowed a driver that was NOT supposed to pick up order to leave with my order. They ended up canceling my order TWICE. I paid and didn't receive my order. I will be making a complaint to corporate about this.

Every time we order online for delivery there’s always an issue or they cancel the order, even if it’s through DoorDash they still have a hard time, the people are great but I don’t know if it’s just a mess up in the system or app and they can’t fix it themselves or it’s takes more than an hour to deliver it and we stay 1.3 miles away from the actual store, food tends to be great most times and if it’s not they make up for it, I would suggest pick up more than anything with this store.

I always order takeout from here. The first time I order delivery I was suppose to receive my order at 4:06pm didn’t receive it until 5:06. Called the manager to ask where my order was he said it was picked up by DoorDash at 4:30. I received the pizza cold not happy about this at all. If you can go pick up your pizza instead use that option. I recommend to never use the delivery option. Apparently they have no drivers and use door dash to deliver the food.

Horrible. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with bacon there was about literally 6 pieces of bacon. Then they did not deliver one of the items we ordered. Call the store and before I could even say something else they transferred me over to somebody else which I sat on the phone for 30 mins. I didn’t speak with anybody else nor get my refund or order corrected last time ordering from Pizza Hut

I order pizza. Wings and two drinks. It was delivered to the wrong address. Been in hold for over an hour just to be hung up on and place on hold longer. I never knew pizza hut was into stealing people money. I will never order from pizza hut again.
