Horrible. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with bacon there was about literally 6 pieces of bacon. Then they did not deliver one of the items we ordered. Call the store and before I could even say something else they transferred me over to somebody else which I sat on the phone for 30 mins. I didn’t speak with anybody else nor get my refund or order corrected last time ordering from Pizza Hut

I order pizza. Wings and two drinks. It was delivered to the wrong address. Been in hold for over an hour just to be hung up on and place on hold longer. I never knew pizza hut was into stealing people money. I will never order from pizza hut again.
The so called shift Mgr Danielle is a tart. I wasn't satisfied and she wNts to argue and suppose to ne a mgr or leader? I asked for it to be remade or a different pizza and refused. Apparently bbq sauce is drizzled lightly. There is no taste if there was even any on. I been to othe pizza huts no problem pizza has sauce on entire pizza. She wants to say they wrong. Right or wrong I asked for it done a certain way and she didn't want to just give the customer service and do the right thing or make a simple fix

Pre Ordered pizza for class to be delivered at 12:45 Waited 30 mins passed delivery time. Called store R.G.M. Danielle Informed me that the pizzas was just being placed in the oven. That I would have the pizza by 2:00 pm. I told her that wouldn’t work for me I needed a refund. Than all of a sudden she couldn’t hear me on the phone. I asked for a confirmation number or refund for my order she said they won’t be able to give me one. I than asked to speak to the person above her and she stated she couldn’t give me her information but gave me her name. Christina can you please get back to me about this matter. I understand your backed up but if an order is placed ahead of time and on the app says delivery on the way and it’s not is definitely not ok. Please refund my money ASAP. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered online, problem with the app, order supposedly didn't go through. No pizzas delivered and they took my money anyway. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. This store blows.

The food was okay, just bland. The cashier gave me attitude when i asked for the ranch I had already paid for. I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know his name but it was truly sad and uncalled for.
