Update June 5, 2024: The manager, Ryan, called and apologized. Took the time to understand my frustration and helped me with my next order. Thank you so much. Small things like reaching out make a big difference. Pizza was great as always.
I ordered from this Pizza Hut on 5/8/24. I ordered one of the newer deals consisting of the full melt, boneless wings, and a drink. When I received the order, the full melt in the box was only a half melt. No problem, called the store, escalated to a manager, they shared it was a newer product, and offered a $5 credit for the missing half of the melt, stored under my phone number. Which is a great resolution.
Now I'm trying to order today from the same pizza hut. Called in my order and asked to use the credit. The associate said "well if you really have this credit, you'll need to speak to the manager." Again, no problem, I understand fully the chain of approval. What I don't understand is the tone it was said and the lack of caring by the staff to escalate appropriately or to check back if the manager was unavailable or to let me know they were aware I was waiting.
I've been on hold for over 21 minutes waiting for a manager. At some point, the line became unmuted, and I could hear the first associate laughing and talking with another associate in the background. When I attempted to call back, just in case there was something wrong with the line where they couldn't hear me, the associate hung up.

The food was awesome ? unfortunately, our online order was cancelled by the call center which created an issue when picking up... But the manager quickly resolved the problem and had our order made quickly and correctly... They even added an item for free as an apology.
I have always loved Pizza Hut but the Employees at this location are good people. I left my wallet there and didn't even realize that I had, and one of the Employees, I unfortunately didn't get his name, but he delivered my wallet back to me with everything still in it. He didn't have to do that but I really appreciate it so much. So whoever you were that gave me back my wallet, thank you. I appreciate you returning it!

Ordered a pizza late last night after 11pm. Driver got lost had to find the driver and she forgot our soda. Someone else had to ome back and deliver it. I felt like I paid for bad service and nasty pizza. The pizza sauce taste nasty its late so of course its not gonna taste as great because their closing. Its late so I decide to call the next day. The manager told me there's nothing he can do. I just wanted the pizza replace but I will never order from here again. You can tell by the way the manager talked that he didnt care. Bad management, good taste bad, and bad service.

Was very pleased with this small shop, Pizzas is usually ready 15-30 minutes. Staff has always been polite and helpful. My family loves the stuff crust and the cheese sticks. Every once and a while we get the cinnabon mini rolls which are tasty too. I read that some of the reviews before this one show some unhappy customers some time ago, but here as recent I've been pleased. Perhaps things have improved! Will and have returned a few times.
