This review is less about Pizza Hut and more for Vanessa the service lady. Great customer service, friendly, very fast with the food, and extremely accommodating. Very happy she took care of us and will most likely go back because of her.

I visited today to take advantage of their Tuesday special: $2 personal pan pizzas. I knew it would likely be chaotic when I arrived to pick up my order. I was VERY pleased to see how efficient this location is operated. I realize the employees were stressed with the order volume, but they handled it so well and were friendly while doing it. My order did not take any longer than it should have. I definitely recommend this location and am happy to give them 5 stars.

Ordered a pizza for late dinner tonight. Due to them not having a driver, they used DoorDash. The dasher MARKED my food delivered, but NO ONE ever came to my door with pizza. I tried calling the number that PIZZA HUT gave me to contact my driver and the phone number was to an ADULT HOTLINE located in Oklahoma. I am so mad because my kids had to go to bed hungry and the only solution from the store? Credit my account for a FUTURE order OR come and pick up the pizza myself. I did not receive the goods that I paid for so how can you tell me, here just take this credit on your account for when you're ready to order from us again?! I want my MONEY BACK, not a store credit, how is that fair to me? AND on top of this, they supposedly have NO WAY of contacting DoorDash about the driver who stole my food. LIVID would be an understatement.

This location has changed hands many times. So your quality of food will be entirely dependent on if they care about their job. Its just gotten worse and worse to the point where I will go out of the way to another location. They are rude, inefficient and rarely get your order right. They expect tips for that type of service as well. It wasnt always like that but over the years this has turned into one of the worst locations in the valley. I still have recorded videos and conversations of flat out waffle house type energy. But at least their food is good. The amount of disrespect is astronomical. Will be reaching out to the regional manager, who I had to find myself because they refuse to give you any supervisor's or manager's name when you request it to make a complaint. I do not recommend this location. They have slowly killed my love for Pizza Hut.

Pizza was horrible it seemed to be old I also was overcharged after I had been charged other charges for added to my card after I received my order was not happy with the food at all I hope they get better

Lousy service received triple box order 40 minutes late and showed online it was on the way all that time order was hard cold shriveled up and delivery guy ripped off the two mini parmesan shakers and called to a rude guy who refused to refund and would give a 10 $$ in store credit for a $35.11 order. Place is a scam fraud and rip off
