Are very unprofessional . I moved to this area a couple weeks ago the first time I ordered they claimed that they called me and they never called my number. They were very rude and refused to serve me. I was trying to make me pay on card instead of cash and claimed that they called me and it came to my house and didnât because I live in a gated community .u have to call me phone for me to open the gate.tonight I called in the same rude guy answered the phone. I was trying to put in my order and he was rude because I misunderstand the sodas. He told me they had and told me that I have a hearing problem or how I donât know what he said, and was my ears working and I hung up in his face, very unprofessional and rude, and should not be working there. If thatâs how you treat customers loyal, customers has been with them for years as well. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager very unprofessional and apparently he knew my profile and recognize my voice because he was so rude to me after waiting a couple weeks to order from this place again always Pm shift

**Disappointing Pizza and Service at Pizza Hut on Farm Road**
On September 20, 2024, I ordered from the Pizza Hut on Farm Road and paid $15.84. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. After calling, the manager, Raul, issued a credit under my phone number. However, when I called the next day to redeem the credit, I was told it was only for $7, which was half of what I paid.
The service was very unprofessional, especially over the phone. To make matters worse, the quality of the food has really gone downhill. I would recommend being very cautious when ordering from this location. Highly disappointed.

Very disappointed, food quality was very poor. Prices were unreasonable as well. 2 medium pizzas w 1-2 toppings, and 3 orders of boneless wings 59.94. And the food was less than sub-par.

Sharing experience with delivery for this month of july 2024.
1st order of the month, delivery person dropped my food on the ground. Called the location they replaced order. Delivery person was in a hurry.
2nd order was today, delivery person banged on the door at arrival 4 times woke up my sleeping child and set off the alarm in my house.
I put on the delivery instructions to knock NOT bang.(please don't do that again) Delivery 7.28.24 between 620-630pm delivery was late.

Ordered three pizzas and they were all perfectly made with lots of toppings. Very pleased with this place. We typically go to another place, but wanted something new. The lady at the counter was prompt and courteous. Was a please going here.

The food was cold, pizza undercooked and we got cold breadsticks without sauce. Cant eat breadsticks without sauce.it also took an hour to come and its only 2 miles from my house.

This is our go to when we waited too long to figure out the answer to that daily struggle of a question "what's for dinner?" Their $7 Deal is great with a variety of choices for pizza, pasta, chicken, sides, and desserts. It lets everyone pick whatever want so no one is left out. Ordering on the app is easy. They continue to amaze us with their fast delivery. 27 minutes this time from order being sent to the friendly delivery driver ringing our doorbell.
