I recently ordered a meal that included a pizza and boneless wings, which totaled just over $20. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The pizza was severely underwhelmingâthin to the point of being flimsy, with very little sauce or cheese. The crust, particularly the stuffed portion, was doughy, pale, and undercooked. This made the pizza unappetizing, and it set a poor tone for the rest of the meal. The lack of quality in the pizza also made me question the integrity of the wings, as both items were prepared by the same kitchen staff. This concern ruined my appetite entirely.
When I called to address the issue, I was offered a $10 credit. However, given that the food was inedible and the entire meal was disappointing, I felt this resolution was insufficient. Additionally, the person I spoke with pushed back against my concerns, insisting the dough wasnât undercooked but was simply âstretched too thin.â Regardless of the reasoning, the food quality was unacceptable, and the discussion quickly became frustrating. It felt dismissive and unproductive to argue over what type of âbadâ the food was, rather than simply addressing the dissatisfaction.
After a lengthy conversation, during which I was interrupted multiple times, I was offered a remake of the meal. However, the offer felt insincereâwhy would I trust a replacement meal from the same establishment after receiving such poor-quality food and service the first time? Eventually, after continued back-and-forth, I was offered a full refund, but only after significant effort and nearly an hour of my time wasted.
This experience was disappointing on all frontsâsubpar food, dismissive customer service, and an unnecessarily drawn-out resolution process. For anyone considering dining here, itâs worth noting that receiving satisfactory service or resolving an issue may require more effort than it should. Food quality and customer care are foundational to any dining experience, and unfortunately, both were lacking here.

This Pizza Hut is trash. If you're not going to take your job seriously than quit and let someone work that will actually do the job correctly. You have all of these bad reviews. Is this really how you want people to look at you as an employee?

WAIT JUST A MINUTE. I havenât ordered from this location in awhile. And you can read the above review. My mom wanted Pizza Hut and I warned her of this location but she INSISTED. So I ordered it. Man I couldnât even resist starting to eat it before I could even take the picture. You can look at food and just KNOW itâs going to be GOOD. Let me tell you. It was soooooooooo good. I know a lot of people wonât care and it what Iâm going to say in this following sentence but let me tell you, it matters. The pizza was picture perfect, and it looked as if they put everything on it accordingly to each bite that you take. Iâd take a picture of both pizzas. But we already ate the one all gone! The wings were also phenomenal. Iâm still a bit skeptical so I will order again in the next following weeks just to MAKE SURE. And I will make a follow up update. Whoever is making the pizza right now. GREAT JOB! (Sorry for the sauce in the box on the side, I was dipping there.)

Whoever is cooking needs a new job. Every pizza is mostly bread no cheese or sauce. Also got some bacon cheesy bread and every piece of bacon was a nasty squishy piece of fat. Not one piece of crispy bacon like advertised. The last 3 months it's only gotten worse Edit- So I've ordered from this store again and they've definitely improved the quality of their pizza. Actually has sauce and cheese that isn't baked on the bread like a scab. Good job pizza hut!?

I was waiting for over 30 minutes. The staff was in the back cussing! My order was made incorrectly, I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I got home the pizza was not good, but the chicken Alfredo was worse!! No chicken, just hard cold pasta, with zero Alfredo sauce. I can bet they would've not made it that way if it was for them. Shame on the sloppy work of pizza hut! And shame on me for thinking this time it would better. Horrible!!!

Just bought a large meatlovers stuffed crust pizza. Opened the box in front of the cashier and asked where is the meat? Literally very little meat and a lot of space for cheese only. This was a single pizza that I paid $26 bucks for. The cashier told me that Pizza hut limits the meat to specific portions. I get that and so I will never darken thier doors again. At least when I order from other Pizza chains I get at least a decent amount of meat. I took a picture and would post if I could. Read the other reviews for this place and save yourself disappointment and money. Find another Pizza joint.

The manager of this establishment has really changed my perspective on Pizza Hut overall, I have never had such a great experience in such little time of me ordering and picking up for maybe 15 minutes not only was the food, absolutely incredible and as fresh as it could be, but the staff couldnât have been more amazing and friendlier they took really good care of me and my autistic daughter and I just want to give a big shout out and thank you to the manager for having such an amazing team and honestly training them so wonderful me and my family drive 30 minutes for this location and we will continue to all of our relatives. Love this location and love the people who work here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE FOOD. READ THIS REVIEW I ordered from them and got a rubber pan pizza. I called the manager and told her that they gave me a reheated pizza and it was unacceptable. Instead of saying I'm sorry sir will give you another pizza or doing anything else that any manager would do in this situation when a customer received a reheated or a bad pizza The lady argued with me and told me she didn't have a microwave or didn't have something that would make it rubbery. The bottom line fact of the matter was they gave me an old pizza that been sitting around and it wasn't crisp it was rubbery like it had been heated up in a microwave and the lady argued with me about it instead of helping me. I'll never buy from this place again
