Order a pizza only to have it show up late and cold, this is why you pay in cash so you can refuse the order like I did, quite given it to a 3 party to deliver. UPDATE they only use doors dash drivers who don't have hot bag and will do multiple deliveries before you get your cold pizza ,was told this by the store

This place is horrible they don’t have drivers they use DoorDash without telling you and don’t give no refund unless they charge you again lady is rude puts you on hold without a response .

I had some great customer service from a lady on the phone named Denise, I originally called the store about a order I placed and it took over hour or so for any updates on it. Denise informed me that my order was ready and waiting on a driver to come pick it up. Later she calls back to inform me that the driver picked up my order then cancled my order through the app. Denise said she stopped the driver and grabbed my order back from the driver when he canceled it. For the situation that happened with wait time and the driver, she helped me out getting the order to be placed again and remade the food for me. I hope the owners/management sees the review and give her a bonus or something special to help her! Thank you so much and God bless.

Went in to pick up my order that says it’s ready. I kid you not I waited at the register for 10 minutes(I timed it) until someone finally came to the front. I don’t think you should only service the front when it’s packed. I get the possibility of being short staffed but acknowledge the customers. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in 6 years and after this I could do without.

Ok so me and my son had ordered those $2 personal pizzas and let me just say considering how EXTREMELY busy they were that day ,,the service was still great the gentleman informed us the wait time and when we did get the food or was freshly baked ..Great job to the team who worked that shift because they made it happen...Fyi the entrance had 10-12 people

Horrible service ordered delivery never received order . Tried calling and no answer. Tried calling today to speak to manager and they answered said hold on then hung up. Was hung up on again when I called back thinking it might’ve been on accident but clearly after the second time it was on purpose. Extremely rude staff and the fact that they can’t even deliver or refund an order is ridiculous.
