When Systems go down, like the App and Website, okay cool. No problem. Stuff happens. At least honor the online deals you guys have. Don't make the customers pay more because YOUR websites and apps are down. This is poor business. I shouldn't have to explain this to you.
And apologies, empathy, and explanations do not fix the issue and move things along.

Ordered pizza delivery. Once opened, I received the wrong sauce on pizza. Called store, someone answered after 25 min on hold, said they were transferring me to supervisor, 20 min later someone said they were call center when I asked if they were supervisor, she put me back on hold. I hung up, called back and original guy answered again, said he was transferring me to supervisor while I was still talking. 20 min later again, no one is answering. I called the delivery guys phone and he didn’t pick up. I left VM saying, please have someone call me, I need to report a problem with the pizza you delivered. Meanwhile, an hour has passed. This is RIDICULOUS. How do they stay in business! Wish I had not paid on line.

Placed an order for delivery. Did not arrive on time. Call 20 minutes after it had not arrived and no communication to cancel order. Was on hold for about an hour with no one picking up as I drove to McDonald's to get the kids food because they came home hungry after their game. We went to pick up the McDonald's, came home ate, cleaned up and then the pizza showed up almost an hour after it was supposed to and it wasn'teven hot anymore. They did not take it back as we didn't need it anymore. Some communication would have been nice no matter what the situation was.

Tried to get delivery of $10.99 one topping pizza and told us we had to add something else for delivery. Fine. Added a 7+ dollar melt. Said again to add something else. So we've already got over $20 (counting your outrageous add on costs) and you still won't deliver? OK. I'll get food elsewhere. I have no idea why I keep trying to use you all. Lesson learned. Never again. I'll starve first.

Couldn't get my name right, didn't tell me they only had diet Pepsi until after I already bought a 2 litter Pepsi, and the pizza was misshapen. All of this is a shame cause pizza hut was my favorite pizza but I guess I will have to get by without it since this is the pizzahut nearest my new place.

Hand tossed pizza dough was thinner than my thin crust pizza. Requested extra bbq sauce and cut in squares but got neither. It was too dry and hard and we had to throw it out. What a waste of $24. Called the store and took forever to get an answer, then wa put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally hung up, drove over and was told my pizza was correct. Never going to this location again.
Poor customer service through the phone....I was angry these people answered from another store and want to transfer your call where no one picked up the phone! They make you wait over an hour to deliver 6 minutes away...! For just one pizza... and arrived cold !

Very sketchy area to begin with. The customer service is terrible, extremely long wait times and very unfriendly staff. After patronizing this location a couple times and interacting with different staff members, they will no longer be getting my business.

Yeah I don't know if it's the management, the workers, or the location itself but I swear almost everytime I come here it's an EXTTA 30 MINUTE WAIT!! Like why even give a time estimate if it's not accurate WHATSOEVER!? On top of that, the workers there are either being rude to customers or rude to their own team. Something needs to happen to this place for the better.
