This location has always been prompted in filling their orders. Imo the Big New Yorker is the best choice on their menu, but in order for me to always be satisfied with their pies, I have to always order them with extra sauce. It's the only way to guarantee that I'm going to receive the same delicious PH I have grown to love. Not sure if PH decided to lower the sauce amount on their pizza's or if it's something that this particular store has done, but as long as it's ordered with extra, it should be fine.

So if you’re there for a pick up, you have to wait in line most of the time behind people placing there orders and the since the lines long and venue small it gets a bit crowded at times. Just a suggestion have the employees after every order announce the pickup screens next order/ keep track of it. Other than that great service👌🏾

I called to place a simple large pizza order on 10/27/2024 at 1:40 am. The man on the line was extremely rude and refused to tell me the specials. TERRIBLE customer service. I do not recommend eating here. I’ve ordered from here before and the pizza was still doughy and undercooked. Worst pizza place in Vegas.

Gave me a pizza with no cheese on it, shift manager tried getting loud & out of character for no reason. Rather go to dominoes where they treat a customer with respect. They know customer satisfaction. ?? Y’all need to start treating & paying your workers right or y’all gonna see a huge decline in business!

Poor delivery driver was sent to the wrong spot by the GPS, but was very kind and apologetic. Not his fault! Food was great, will definitely order again!
My pizza was stone cold by time we got home 5 min away. Wings were very hot. Ifeel I got a leftover pizza or something never had a cold pizza from pick up before where I had to wait for my food to finish cooking!

We have been ordering pickup from here for years. But last week we were busy so we paid extra to have it delivered. Big mistake. I spent over 80 dollars, and my husband and I barely ate. It was overcooked and barely warm. Such a disappointment. We got what we normally like. My kids ate but complained that it was dry and hard. Our pasta was so dry. The chess garlic sticks were the only thing that was good.
