This location has always been prompted in filling their orders. Imo the Big New Yorker is the best choice on their menu, but in order for me to always be satisfied with their pies, I have to always order them with extra sauce. So if you’re there for a pick up, you have to wait in line most of the time behind people placing there orders and the since the lines long and venue small it gets a bit crowded at times. Just a suggestion have the employees after every order announce the pickup screens next order/ keep track of it. Other than that great service👌🏾
We have been ordering pickup from here for years. But last week we were busy so we paid extra to have it delivered. Big mistake. I spent over 80 dollars, and my husband and I barely ate. It was overcooked and barely warm. Such a disappointment. We got what we normally like. My kids ate but complained that it was dry and hard. Our pasta was so dry. The chess garlic sticks were the only thing that was good.
