terrible customer service. someone dropped a pizza. they didn’t even give me the correct sauce better worse the right pizza. we had to even wait for 30 minutes. they kept the phone ringing even though the person was calling over and over again.

One of the drivers at this location blared her horn at me while I was stopped at an intersection, and then continued to do so as she followed me down the turn. We reported this to the manager who said the she was not responsible for the driver's behavior because the driver was not on the clock, even though the driver was in uniform and carrying two hot bags for holding pizza. I have to agree with other reviews that this location is highly unprofessional. They really know how to represent the company at this location....

Extremely unhappy with the pizza I received and the service from the manager. I ordered a pizza from the location on W Charleston which is 1.3 miles from my house. When I got the pizza, it was dry, cold, paper thin, rock hard, only half covered with cheese, and had an over abundant amount of olives. Additionally, there was supposed to be flavoring on the crust, THE WHOLE CRUST, but only three pieces had flavoring. This is by far the WORST pizza I've ever received from any establishment, and I'm Italian so I've eaten a lot of pizza! Needless to say, I called the store to let them know everything I mentioned above and the girl who answered was very sweet and promptly got the manager, David, who quickly turned into a smug, condescending jerk after I explained the condition of my pizza. Not only did he offer me a credit towards another pizza (because I can feed that credit to my kid while he's hungry TODAY), but when I asked that there be cheese on the whole pizza for the replacement that I'd like, he told me it would be an additional charge of $2.00! Yeah, NO. It was only after I explained to him that I shouldn't have to ASK for my pizza to be entirely covered in cheese and that it should already come that way, and how it was stupid that I was even having to continue the conversation with him about being charged $2.00 to have cheese all over my pizza that he unwillingly and in quite a snotty way said "It's fine, I'll just cover it for you". Really?!?! Smh. This is who you have as your manager Pizza Hut?? Just terrible.
