We travel to Vegas a few times each year and always make it a point to eat at Pizza Rock Downtown. The pizza is amazing regardless of the type you prefer or choose and it is consistent from visit to visit. This time, I took a customer and my new boss. Everyone raved about the dinner! My husband and i went on a quick trip to Vegas and had a lovely time at pizza rock! we were accommodated very quickly and our server helped us with appetizers. I'm a huge fan of fig and balsamic pizzas and i was so happy to see one on the menu before booking our reservation!

They have the best pizza in Vegas by far. It was a little noisy so it was hard to hold a conversation, but overall I had a great experience.

I have been to Pizza Rock at least 4 times and hate to miss it when I'm in town. There's something for everyone. The marinara pizza was a great vegan option and the crust was perfect, chewy and flavorful. Simple perfection. The beer and shot combo was also a great deal.

I held back happy tears after I took my first bite of our New York style pizza. Absolutely unbelievably DELICIOUS!!! The restaurant was super busy with big parties so our server was pulled in many directions. She was really nice though, just busy! They sat us in a cool hidden table for our anniversary which added to the experience. Prices were a bit high but in Vegas these days most things are.

Best Happy Hour for pizza in town! Monday thru Thursday 3PM-6PM! Its a limited menu, but there is something for everyone. Pizza Rock Downtown has become one of our favorite dining venues on our Broadway Las Vegas Date Nights at the Smith Center. And parking is FREE with validation at the Downtown Grand which is just steps away!

Our server, Amber was rather rude in our opinion. We have been here 3 or 4 times and never had an issue with ordering or our ticket. She advised us that we couldn't do tickets by couple, that we could only have 3 for our table. So two couples had their total combined. Then she told one of our couples that they couldn't do half and half on a pizza. So they had to pay for toppings added to a cheese pizza. Instead of helping them figure it out, she took the other 3 couples orders and walked away. Then took 10 mins to come back to take the 4th couples order. So their pizza came out several minutes later than the rest of ours. And it sucked that gratuity had been automatically charged for all the tickets because she honestly didn't deserve much. She also came back one time, way after receiving our food to ask if we needed refills. We wanted our friends to enjoy this place since we come to Vegas every year but she kinda ruined the experience. The food was good as usual though.

This visit was redeeming! While we have never had a bad pizza, we have had bad service in the past. Missing food to bill errors. All the servers error. This visit though, we had a fantastic meal! As always we had the Butcher and also tried the Chicago thin - Little Italy. Oh my, Little Italy is where it is at....thin, crunchy, edge char- can't wait to come back!! Tried to green bean appetizer...mmmmm so good! Served was awesome and even got our locals discount!!
Pizza (grandma the butcher) was tasty but the bottom of one half of it was burnt to black. Showed the waitress, who apologized and reported it to the kitchen. She came back later and explained that they were adjusting the oven and that was that.

This was our 5th time going to PR. Unfortunately, it keeps dropping a bit each time we go back. We ordered the cracker thin and the hand tossed pizzas. Both came out immediately from the ovens - this has always been the case. Great job on that part. The hand tossed had too many burnt areas where the crust bubbled. A few is ok, but almost every cut had a burnt area. We will consider going back, but probably not the next time in February 2026.

Amazing food!! So many choices of different styles of pizza! The New Yorker is our favorite! Definitely a place we always go to when we are staying on freemont for great pizza.
