If you don’t read anything else in this review, ASK FOR “CHANDA” TO BE YOUR WAITRESS!!! You WILL NOT REGRET IT! She really made this visit amazing. She is hilarious, attentive, I’m observant, and has an amazing accent!! Planet Hollywood, Give this lady a raise because she made this review be 5 stars!——I came here at 6:50pm on a Monday evening to get some dinner with my friends. There was a little line because the host left lol. A waitress, Chanda, came and helped out. I loved her energy and was really glad when she turned out to be our waitress. We ordered at 7:03pm. We got the high roller sampler to start. I got ribs as my meal. One friend got a bbq pizza and the other got the blackened chicken pasta. There are TVs located around the restaurant and even a place to buy merchandise at the front. The music was decent. I would suggest some variety in the genres to appeal to all audiences (R&B and hip hop for example). I loved the seating. It was couch like and comfy. The 3 sauces for the app came at 7:17pm and the app itself came 2 minutes later. There was ranch, sirahi mayo, and creole mustard. My friend ordered some type of a shake and it arrived 7:18pm. Our food came around 7:25pm. Boy. We had so much food on the table!!The shrimps and tenders on the appetizers were my favorite! So delicious. While the breading on each is similar the flavors are different! There was pita chips to go with the tasty cheese dip. If I had to complain, I would say that there wasn’t enough pita chips for the amount of dip we got. I don’t eat Buffalo wings, and I didn’t get any or the nachos, lol.My fries are crunchy and tasty. I got bbq sauce for dipping! The Sriracha mayo was actually good. It was meant for the shrimp but I dipped my fries in it. My ribs were simply okay. I prefer my ribs to be charred. I ate one and that was it, which was fine because I was already full, which is why I didn’t say anything. However, Chanda noticed I hadn’t really touched my ribs and asked if I didn’t like them. I told her about my preference and she went and had them cooked longer. They came out PERFECT!!!! I ended up eating 2-3 more, even though I was full because I wanted to enjoy it fresh. Now that’s some great observation and customer service. We would come back JUST for her!

*DO NOT EAT HERE*I was with a party about one week ago(4/28/23). This is quite possibly the worst restaurant I've ever been to... I was served the most terrible salmon I've ever had in my life. It was so overcooked that I couldn't eat more than one bite before sending it back. The rice and veggies served with the salmon were also dry (big surprise) as if it were microwaved/sat under a heat lamp for 3 days. Food is a pillar of the Las Vegas experience. That said, I would suggest avoiding this GLORIFIED DINER at all costs. Trust me, the local Applebee's near your home cooks better food than this dump! How is this place even still open in Caesars Palace? Is it just ornamental at this point?

Cody was an amazing waiter. I would come back here just because of him. Food was amazing.

It’s not that good the cheese dip tastes like moldy cheese. If Vegas had a taste it would be that cheese.

They were so shortstaffed that the waitress was going to also be the bartender, but was not sure how to mix drinks. The manager was working in the kitchen, not his strong suit. We ended up leaving after waiting over 30 minutes for our drinks, which never came.

The staff was overwhelmed with large group and we were there over an hour without food. They were nice and tried. Also it was a comfortable and cool place after long walk there. Salad was ok, pizza not great. We ate here before and it was better.

For those of you who may be an idiot like me.......this restaurant is NOT in the Planet Hollywood hotel, it's at Caesar's Palace. Good job I checked this as we were heading to eat :) It was a fairly quiet atmosphere when we arrived at 6:30pm. The food was beautiful, prices were extremely fair. Our server was absolutely lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to come back. Thanks for having us!

First off, I want to say that our waitress Nicole was great. Such a nice lady and you could tell she felt bad. The problems with this place have nothing to do with her.We waited well over an hour to get our food and there was barely anyone in the place. It was deserted. We came in between lunch and dinner, so maybe they were short staffed? When the food did come, we were unimpressed. Just basic Applebee's type food. I was worried this would happen, but we were all starving and this place was right there when we started looking.Atmosphere... Felt like I walked into a locally owned diner that filled the walls with cheap pawn shop finds. They had an outfit from the movie The Stand. This TV movie came out like 30 years ago. Other items were cheap movie poster print outs of other old movies. It was just weird in there.

The service was outstanding. went during lunch and wasn't too crowded on a Saturday. The inside is lined with famous items used by A list celebrities all around, definitely worth a look and some pics!!! Tucked inside the complex which is "The Forum shops" at Caesars Palace, easy to access on the third floor. American Food and rather simple in nature. Nothing stood out as wildly creative but they do have a good amount of options for the various types of tastes people may have. Good place for kids as options like pizza, burgers, Mac and cheese, and chicken fingers line the menu as choices among other things.

Kid-friendliness: Adult Menu is easy going for kids to pick from, though I never asked if they have a specific kids menu.

Randomly stopped in and glad we did because it turned out to be very enjoyable. We sat at the bar and had wings and a drink. The wings were very crisp, which I prefer. The old fashion Ryan made me was one of the better I’ve had in Vegas. To seek this place out as a destination I do not know that I would but as a random stop I do not think you will be disappointed.

Steak was really great, but mashed potato on side could be better.Do not order coffee at that place, especially if you are from Europe. It looks like they don't know what's latte should be: the waiter brought me a big cup (like tall in Starbucks) of something black with drop of milk.Otherwise: place has stylish decoration, and service is target good.

The food has no flavor. Everything advertised on the menu is not how it actually comes out. My husbands sandwich had no sauce on it, my salad was missing the fruit and it was all very bland. They kept telling us they were out of things or they think they are out of things. My $21 drink tasted like pineapple juice from Walmart without alcohol, my moms wine never made it to the table until after our meal. The appetizer came out after all of the entrees were half way eaten. It was a bizarre experience and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

The food was comparable to Denny's at best but 3 times the price, rest rooms were disgusting, and service was just ok. The restaurant seemed to be out of everything we asked for or ran out as we asked for another. Very disappointing dinner considering it was a business dinner and I spent the rest of the night apologizing for the poor dinner choice.

Server was wonderful- but the restaurant was isolated, dark, dreary with old red white tables and low lights. TVs not working during March Madness. Menu was basic fried foods. Limited options for diners with allergies. Mixed drinks tasted mediocre. Out of most beers. Definitely not typical Planet Hollywood atmosphere or experience.
