I had too much expectations. Looks like the place was the same with the previous owner. The food was good, but we've waited for a while (although it wasn't busy). I will give another chance.
Girl that helped us at the counter was nice. Every table in this place was dirty though and why she was struggling to help all the customer coming in this guy was just standing around chatting with a customer. Had to wipe down my own table just to sit down and eat
Food was excellent. The customer service is World Class. The meatball sandwich motivated me to go to Plamtone's. I am so Happy I did. The meatballs were juicy and full of flavor, fresh and not frozen. The meatball sandwich smelled and tasted like Italian food from my friends grandmother's kitchen, and my co-workers agreed. The sauce was perfect, and very authentic. I will be back to visit restaurant again. Thank you for a great lunch experience.
