Speaking up for my wife since it seems like no one wants to address her review or complaint form from several days ago. Basically a worker had told us if you played a game here you could get a free drink.
So my wife put some money into the machine and played. She approached a bartender named Barbie and mentioned the drink offer. She refused saying she didn’t see her play a game, although it was very obvious that she did, considering she had a game receipt and likely was on camera.
She kept putting my wife down, and then asked people around her sarcastically if they saw her play, and had random people join in and laugh at her.
She was willing to tip Barbie. There is no reason why she deserved this treatment. It’s shame considering we were just trying to have a nice day, and this completely soured things.
We filed a report with a supervisor who had stated this bartender has already received multiple complaints. The least they could do besides reprimand the bartender (which I have doubts happened) comped her for a free drink, or anything.
As a Las Vegas born local who’s called this place home for 30 years, this was truly disappointing and I have no desire to return to the Luxor, or say anything nice about this property in general.
If this is how the service is generally at this casino, I hope it meets a similar fate as the Tropicana (which was a way better casino than this place ever will be).

Barbie the bartender was extremely belittling and condescending towards me. I was playing keno at the bar and shortly before I had been told if I play keno at the bar I can get a free drink and tip the bartender. As a Vegas native I always make sure to be respectful and caring toward service members of casinos. I come from a family of casino workers. So when I ordered and asked her and she told me that she didn't see me playing and laughed at me in my face and looked to people around me which were old white men and they all started laughing at me. As a brown woman I felt cornered and singled out. I did file a report and the manger was nice but he could of at least offered the margarita to me to make up for it but honestly I don't care. It is just the principle to be caring to locals.

We are from MN and love to travel to Las Vegas. We usually stay at the Luxor Hotel. Whenever we go, we like to sit at the Sports Playbar. Rosemary is the best bartender & she remembers us each time we visit! She takes good care of the customers and is very friendly!!

This was absolutely one of my favorite places that we visited on our recent trip to Vegas for my friend’s birthday!
The concept alone is amazing! A play area minus kids…and with an in-house bar…genius!!
The games are super fun and interactive! The Jell-O shots were delicious, and the staff explained the games so that we all knew what we were doing!
There were games of varying difficulty, so 10-1, there will be something that you are good at!
The slide and bouncy house were also a super nice touch to this awesome adventure zone!
Anyway, so much fun, could’ve stayed all day, but even in Vegas, time management is a thing!
