Poke Poku - Hawaiian Poke Bar

The food arrived not matching what was ordered, everything was on different plates and instead of white rice there was brown, in the other half of the dish everything was spicy and most of what I actually ordered was missing (crab, wasabi) and everything was terribly spicy, I know that this restaurant prepares delicious food, well apparently not this time, I hope you will improve.

I can only give a review on the service just because I never really received any. Walked in and a blue-haired person told me to just wait a second. I continue to wait for a few minutes while I hear the staff clearly screwing around in the back. Now, they probably don't think of this but people are on their lunches, 30 minutes long. So you are wasting my break, if I went there and asked you to make a bowl for your lunch you wouldn't be happy so don't waste mine.
So I went ahead and went across the street, not even 2 minutes, and had a 3 person staff greeting me at Sweetpoke and I was in and out. Had a better selection, had better everything. If you ever fix the staff issue here, let me know so I can give an honest rating on the food as well.

I wish they tell you they serve tuna as if it were grounded beef, bowlogy is a great place for poke bowls if you want real tuna, in case you didn’t know, it is supposed to be cut in cubes, not grounded. Had to throw all my tuna away

This place is amazing , eat here multiple times a week . Love the service and how friendly the staff (Ramona and sam) is and how fresh the food is .
I would recommend this spot over sweet poke across the street!

I placed an online DoorDash order. I called them because I had questions and they were extremely helpful over the phone. I believe it was the same guy I encountered when I arrived. However, the two ladies in there were basically ignoring me when I came to pick up my food. I ended up asking the guy who was doing inventory to get my food for me because I’m not sure if they were scared to say something or if they were just being prejudiced. My food was great which is the bad part, but there are other pokey spots in Las Vegas that I can probably get better service from.

Since reopening their food has been amazing! Things are no longer out of stock and everything is very fresh! Really happy they turned the company around and we eat here very often

As much as i love eating here super disappointed in the customer service of the two young ladies who were extremely rude and made me and my family uncomfortable. Super unwelcoming.

WOW! I am just speechless. I have never had such an incredible experience in a dining setting. I was immediately welcomed by the kind staff the second I walked through the door. The wait was extremely minimal, and I was quickly helped by the warm and generous employee Liana. She was SO helpful in explaining how the menu works to me and what the options are for toppings, proteins, and sides. Liana was extremely fair in serving portion sizes (those Chipotle workers need to take notes!!!) and I found the bowl I ordered to be just delicious and perfectly sized. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of food I ordered, and I could tell the ingredients there are prepared with such care. On top of all of that, Liana was super kind in offering me an opportunity to follow the restaurant on their social media accounts for a permanent small discount anytime I come in to order something again! Liana was just a perfect example of an exemplary employee, and all the staff was just exceptional as well. I WILL be coming back here. Thank you Poke Poku!!!

Had a great experience at Poke Poku! The portions were generous, and the food was incredibly fresh. The milk tea was also delicious and complemented the meal perfectly. A fantastic place for a satisfying and tasty meal. Highly recommend!
