Great cafe just 5 mins walk from the Wyndham Desert Blue (cut through the parking lot and fire gate).
We enjoyed breakfast of eggs deuces with fresh pancakes, and returned for lunch another day having tasty tinga chicken tostada and spicy shrimp.
The place is currently undergoing renovation so may appear closed but walk on in!

Came here again for my birthday. Once again, extremely delicious food. The place is undergoing renovation and it is looking great. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I will continue to visit here every time I am in Vegas.

We found this gem while we were here on holidays. The exterior wasn't much to look at and we wondered if it was even open. They are doing renovations and adding a deck out front.(We were here on Feb 18/25) We were promptly greeted though and sat down. The menu had multiple items to choose from, breakfast was our plan! Service was fast! And there were multiple full tables already seated. Anyways, the food... amazing! Very large servings, hashbrowns were crispy ...and you know how some places add too much oil to them when frying? This place did not.My omelette was slightly undercooked but it was huge and I was so hungry I didn't care. It was absolutely delicious! And I think it was some of the best bacon I've had in a long time. Crispy and not super greasy. A flavor explosion! Prices were low and the place filled up quite quickly. Next time we are in Vegas we will definitely visit again. Super busy but fast service and very friendly employees! Lots of love Polaris Street Cafe from 2 Canadians who love your food and hospitality ❤️ a family business off the strip that other Travellers should definitely make a point of checking out!
