We see a lot of people standing around here, so we finally decided to try it. I see why the tacos are $1.99. The tacos & salsa have NO flavor. I've never had tacos to where I had to add seasoning from home. Tacos are my favorite. Unfortunately, these were the worst tacos I've had since being in Vegas. I so wanted to give them a good review, but It was a big time, miss.

Literally hooked on Pollos Culiacan lately. I’ve only been to the truck on the corner of Rancho and Vegas as it’s near my work but it’s so good, and I’m sure the others are too. The chicken is absolutely delicious and it’s a lot of food for the money. The lady who takes my order is such a doll, as is the sweetheart on the grill who always helps me find a place to park. Turning everyone at the office on to it too. Great spot

The grilled chicken was great, the macaroni salad was mediocre. Not seasoned well and it had too much of a watery mayo mix. Also a FYI the price displayed is $33 for a family meal (2 whole chicken with 2 small sides). I went on a Saturday and the price is $40 which is still not bad. The fresh salsa is nice and spicy.

We've been a few times, since it's on the corner, but have had the same mediocre-poor experience each time. The hot dog was swimming in mayo, maybe that's how it was supposed to be? It was really a gross amount though, and I like mayo! The chicken and carnitas tacos were dry and bland. The hot sauce tastes like eating a raw jalapeno, no flavor to it. Definitely won't be going back. Also, parking in that lot is almost impossible.

We always get the Chicken Completa (succulent and smoky), Corn Tortillas (made right there as you watch), Refried Beans (creamy and delicious), and Macaroni Salad (ham-laced and tasty). My wife just went and they told her that she had to wait 45 minutes so order them in advance. The advantage is that they will sell them fresh for next time. We talked to see if we tried them and looked at good comments to try. It will be next time.
