I am a forever fan of this resort now!! . As a 26yr resident of Vegas this is our first staycation at Four Seasons. We've stayed at many properties in Vegas from the Grand to the Venetian, Bellagio, Vdara to the Wynn. This by far is our fave staycation spot now . From our warm welcome to the purified water offered...it's all been great so far. We love the "low key" feeling of the resort. We stayed while VP Harris was here too & not once did we feel "less than". Many thanks to Ben, our server & bus boy at the Veranda for taking great care of us. It's the little things that make a huge difference for us locals & will keep us coming back!

The reason people choose Four seasons & pay a premium is the top of the line customer service. The las vegas location is really a prime location with the stadium being so close . Salar the Manager is extremely good at customer service as well as the rest of the staff . Definitely a 5 star review because of the experience with the staff ! The resort was recently renovated for 2024 in mid 2023 nice job although i did recommend new shower heads and new granite for the bathrooms and showers . Thank you Salar !

Really enjoyed being guests at the Four Seasons. Perfect experience with the valet services-our car was always brought to us in a timely manner. Front desk, bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff was excellent. Food delicious and our room was lovely. To have a hotel near/on the strip without casino madness was exactly what we were looking for.

We have our annual CCIM Holiday Luncheon here, and the food and service are always excellent. The room is beautiful, and audio visual is great; everyone can hear and see well, no matter where we are sitting. Easy to valet at Four Seasons, or self-park at Mandalay Bay and walk through the casino. Restrooms are also well kept and private. Highly recommend for a luxurious experience.

So it's... fine? Perhaps my expectations were too high considering the exorbitant prices Four Seasons locations charge, but I thought it would be more. This location is unique as it is a hotel within certain floors of Mandalay Bay and with its own entry. Room was good enough, though with an antiquated bathroom setup. Staff wasn't great, with a valet who gave me attitude for asking that all my luggage come to the room (in instead of, I don't know, picking which ones he wanted to bring?) The pool was nice but with no amenities... though I will say after accessing the Mandalay Bay pool and its horrific crowds it seemed better)...and breakfast was a letdown because of how short staffed the restaurant was. So with little to differentiate it from any other upscale hotel in the area, I don't see the need to return.

I was impressed with this hotel! Even though it wasn't a huge property, but met my expectations. The friendly staff made our stay worth while. Complimentary glass of champagne and chocolate added to the nice touch! We were upgraded to a nicer room at no charge which was a plus! The room was cleaned with no complaints. Caught by our surprised, they brought the kids a backpack with full of goodies including a stuff animal bear. Along with robes for kids to wear throughout our stay. We were treated like royalties. The atmosphere was amazing because it was quite very peaceful excluded from the hustle and bustle. We had private hidden elevators from the hotel into Mandalay Bay which made it so special for us. I highly recommend to book this hotel for your next Vegas trip!

Premiere as ever. Details, details, details met. Asks received. Lovely meal downstairs. Gym clean & up to date. Away from the boggling sounds and throngs of the remainder of the Strip.

If you want to hear thumping to the Fremont Street music until the wee hours, and continually on/off A/C noise, this is the place for you. Shower is ok. Housekeeping on 24 hour request. One of the elevators did not work half the time. Maybe try the D.

I am updating my review... The manager of the hotel called me in response to feedback I provided to them after my trip. We discussed in depth what happened that evening, and he admitted that what happened should have never happened, and the response was not up to the standard that they wanted to provide their guests. He was very apologetic, and did make it right by refunding that night's stay. I am updating my review to three stars. I would have loved to give them five stars, but I am honestly still very upset with the hotel allowing this to happen in the first place. I was invited to try them again when I come back to Vegas, which is super often, but I think I will go back to staying at the other places I usually stay and save my money.

Incredible service!! From valet to every part of the hotel. If I can stay here every trip there is no reason to look elsewhere. Thank you!!

Extremely Disappointed with Four Seasons Las Vegas We booked the Four Seasons in Las Vegas for my wife's birthday, expecting a top-notch experience. To our horror, we found feces in our bed. The hotel's response was far from satisfactory: they promised (and forgot) a bottle of champagne and covered a facial for my wife. This does not equate to the distress caused. I've attached a photo for reference. We'll be advising everyone to reconsider staying at any Four Seasons property.

My star rating is based on the quality of the hotel and its amenities alone. I'll reserve the rest of my opinions for the review. As a traveler, I'm always down for a luxury hotel that provides exclusivity and quiet, which this hotel provides at the end of a very busy strip. The private entrance was great. The customer service was top notch. The room was beautiful and large. The amenities in the room were also fantastic. My only critique is the down comforter was too heavy, so although we enjoyed the bed, we woke up hot throughout the night even with the AC all the way down. Part of the justification of a more expensive hotel (for me) are the perks and amenities that come with it. For example, valet parking was $45 overnight, but they charged my Tesla for free and allowed unlimited in and out privileges. To me, that's justifiable and worth it. In every other area, Four Seasons doesn't deliver in this area. EVERYTHING is ridiculously priced just because. I didn't find anything elevated enough about the spa experience, the breakfast buffet, or the pool to justify the insulting prices. To speak on the buffet: the spread was impressive, but as a foodie, it all boils down to taste. I typically stay away from buffets for this reason. I'd prefer two or three properly seasoned and cooked items over a variety of mediocre foods. But I gave this one a chance because of the famous "Four Seasons kitchen", but we weren't impressed. With so many other competitive hotels in the area, I will certainly not be returning.

This is the only hotel on the strip I will stay at. It's conveniently located on the southern most point of the strip, making it very easy to get in and out of that part of town by car. Plus they are incredibly friendly, high level of service, and comfortable rooms. I never have to worry about anything while staying there. Valet is also fast and friendly. Non-smoking hotel, which is a plus. Pool area is never crowded, again, great service! Always feel safe and relaxed when I'm at Four Seasons. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas for a quick two-night weekend trip with friends, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was certainly a nice oasis among the craziness of other parts of Las Vegas, the newly renovated rooms were great, and time at the pool was relaxing. However, all of us are frequent Four Seasons guests, and we all felt that the hotel was lacking in certain ways. It felt like a perfectly nice, upscale hotel, but not a Four Seasons. It felt more like staying at a very nice Westin maybe, which was a bit disappointing. Trip Planning: As we always do when booking a Four Seasons, we reserved through a Preferred Partner travel agent, which enabled us to get free perks (I highly recommend doing this). For no extra cost, our reservations included priority early check-in, a room upgrade based on availability, a one-time $100 hotel credit, and a breakfast credit each morning of $90, which could be used in the restaurant or for room service. The travel agent we worked with was able to confirm our room upgrade in advance of our arrival, which was a pleasant surprise, since it’s usually not confirmed until check-in. Arrival: We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am on a Friday, and it was very busy at the time, with a combination of both arrivals and departures. When we arrived in an Uber, a bellman actually made our driver move the car from close to the front door where he had stopped, so that a fancier car that arrived after us could take that spot instead. This was totally unprofessional. He then briefly greeted us, but made it clear he didn’t want to help us, saying something along the lines of “you don’t need help with bags, right?” and then gesturing us toward the front door, rather than escorting us inside, which I view as standard service at a Four Seasons. He then immediately turned his attention to the other car that he felt was more impressive. The doormen during the rest of our stay were completely different, always helping us into and out of cars and offering us waters if we were going out. However, the first impression was poor. Upon walking in, we noticed that there was a check-in line snaking from the front desk across the lobby. Although the front desk was fully staffed and everyone appeared to be working hard, this was one of several times we determined this hotel didn’t really feel like a Four Seasons. Although we made it to the front of the line in less than 10 minutes, it did not feel like the seamless and luxurious welcome experience we’re used to. Instead, it gave off large convention hotel vibes. It was nice that during the wait in line, an employee came over to greet everyone, and he offered us cans of water while we waited. Since one member of our group had been to the hotel last year and was given sparkling wine as a welcome drink on that visit, I asked if that was available, and received an odd answer. He told me that sparkling wine is for special occasions only, and that the front desk clerk would ultimately determine if we qualified to have any or not. First of all, it’s not as if the hotel was giving out high end champagne (we did ultimately get offered a glass at check-in, and it wasn’t great). On top of that, I feel like a luxury hotel should be all-or-nothing with an amenity like that. It seems tacky to give some guests sparkling wine at the front desk during check-in, while others standing next to them get nothing because they don’t “qualify”. When we did finally make it to the front desk, we had a good check-in experience with a friendly clerk who was professional and helpful. She gave us detailed information about the inclusions with our room rate, confirmed our room upgrade from a Strip View Room to a Strip View Studio, and apologized that our room wasn’t yet ready for early check-in. She said she would put in a request for priority cleaning, and it was ultimately ready about an hour later (with a notification via text message). In the meantime, she recommended that we go to the spa to get changed for the pool, and we could leave our luggage there to be
