Good food if you’re drunk. Service was poor.
I tried to get a pizza from there and even though they had a full pizza for 27 dollars the lady said “we’re not doing full pies right now” as a ploy to make money which is not a way to do business and we went down again today and asked for a pepporoni and mushrooms and they said they have pepporoni and a deluxe which had mushrooms I asked for them just to take a pepporoni and put some mushrooms on it and she said “we can’t do that” the lowest and worst customer service ever
FOOD POISONING! gave me and another family member food poisoning, ruined my whole vacation in vegas. overpriced, undercooked and greasy garbage... dont eat here if you value your health
I was working downtown, so this was close to my job. I've been here several times. No complaints so far. The pizza is great. The employees are always polite. I'm a classic NY cheese slice. I have ordered the wings, and today, the garlic knots. Let me tell you these knots are no joke. They are delectable. The marinara and ranch are also delicious. Definitely will be back again.
Had friends who recommended this place so I went to go check it out. I got three different slices of pizza with garlic knots. For a pizza place in Las Vegas, it’s cheap and it’s really good pizza. I would recommend someone, especially the garlic knots. Plus the crew that was working there when I went in were really chill.
Good pizza
Edit!
New review: I had to take a star away.
We liked this place so much we went again and ordered a NY pizza with pepperoni mushrooms and spinach and a drizzle of hot honey at a respectable 1am ish time.
We waited in line for about 10 minutes, got to the front to find a little card that said cash only. No other visible signs or communication from the staff. Had to leave to go to an ATM and then get back in line.
LATE NIGHT CREW does not put the same love in making the pizza...
This pizza we had was wet, soggy, falling apart when picking it up, the tip was like raw dough. Flavors were there but it was pizza soup... Not executed correctly.
I get it, It's kind of late, busy, you get a bunch of drunk people... But we were patient and we had just had this place at 3pm and loved it so much, we wanted it again 10 hours later.
The afternoon, gentleman Hector, He made a pizza I will leave Vegas thinking about and missing. The pizza we had 1am will be a big sigh of disappointment.
So the flavor is wow, but depending on the time of day, I can't say you're going to get a great pizza, or a soggy soup with crust.
My original review:
Inside the Plaza by the parking lot. The Best New York pizza I've had in a long time. Including even from NY
We ate a pepperoni mushroom New York style with mushrooms and hot honey.
The guy who made it, made it with love.
About 20 min wait for a whole fresh pie.
Oh and we got fries and fried pickles. So fresh and hot. And the ranch was delicious too!
Highly suggest if you like NY style pizza.
Pizza was gross and undercooked. The dough was super soggy and raw. We thought it would be a better deal ordering a whole pizza instead of two slices. Should've saved our money and ordered the slices.
To be fair, we did order an hour before closing, but still...
Was really disappointed, as I've always wanted to try it every time we come to the Plaza.
Only one option which can’t be modified. Not an artichoke fan but too freakin bad for me cause there is a lot of it on the slices.
Pizza looked fine on top, but the bottom was burnt. We didn't notice that until we got back to the room

Had an unfortunate incident here at around 3:30pm on January 1st. Upon coming in for a slice, there was no Pizza; Just a few old slices sitting dry. I waited till a fresh pie came out & ordered a slice & I told the cashier that I wanted 7 garlic knots to go only if they could wrap it up in a container instead of a pizza box since I needed to put it in my backpack. At first she said yes. Then the cook tried to serve me a slice of old dry pizza with his hands & the garlic knots in a pizza box. That was no what I required. Then when i reminded them, the cashier & cook gave me very hard time about putting the 7 garlic knots in to a to-go container. They copped an attitude and were completely ghetto. The cook was also pulling apart slices with his hands which was a hygienic concern. They were acting like the to-go containers were made of gold, so I insisted on a refund. I'd never want to eat food from a place that staffs people with an attitude like they are working at 7-11 or Mc Donalds. This is at a hotel & they are serving guests. I remained calm & got my money back. Those staff aren't worth a reaction & unfortunately they are reflecting on the Plaza Hotel & Casino.
The food was hot and fresh. The service was quick
Amazing pizza, great service 😋 👌 Best late night
The atmosphere was horrible. The service was Horrible. On December 7, I was a guest at a hotel and very hungry so I went to pop up pizza Around 2:30 PM, I ordered my food. The girl in the back was Very rude to meshe was laying around like she didn’t want to be there and also the cashier had a disgusting attitude. I’ll never come back to this location And also, my food was nasty and not even cooked all the way please hire better workers!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here Ruin my experience in Vegas. The cashier name was IVORU
We're hungry and cheap.? I wanted something simple, we found Popup pizza. They have really good pizza for decent prices. I didn't have to wait a long time for the food, my pizza was delicious.
