Neither good nor bad, it simply saved us from the fact that the buffet was closed and honestly it is better to eat here than at the hotel buffet which apart from being expensive was bad, the service was average although it took a little longer to serve.

Can't rate the food because we were never acknowledged to even order anything. The customer service is awful the guy taking orders wouldn't greet us or tell us he'd be with us in a minute or apologize for the wait.We just kept getting stared at and at times completely ignored even after making eye contact with us and seeing us waiting there for our order to be taken. The other people behind us ended up leaving to go to another place to order and we ended up leaving soon after too.

While I was ordering, I was asked "What do you want with that?". Confused, I pointed to the center of a sign with a list of sauces, not at any sauce, and asked "From here?". Ranch was added to my order instead of receiving an answer to my question.Food was alright. Chicken and fries were just fine, but the biscuit was good. Lemonade was really weak, so I'm guessing that needed to be changed out.

We queued last night for 1 hour and 10 mins to place an order. 1 register and 1 staff member taking 1 order at a time. Witnessed people leaving the line and going elsewhere AND getting their food before I'd ordered. Now saying that when food was ordered it was promptly dispatched. Need more staff taking orders and processing more at the same time. Definitely not "Fast Food" but will give credit where's it due, food was good when received.
Ordered the four piece spicy chicken combo meal with fries and a drink. After, I ate, I asked for a refill and was told I had to pay for a whole new drink. I then asked to fill my cup with water and was told that they charged for water too. Such poor customer service, especially paying customers!

The staff were really nice, however somehow they made ordering take a little longer than usual. At one point during ordering, they asked "Choose what you want with that" and I pointed to a sign with sauces and asked "from here?". Instead of getting clarification, ranch was added to my order.I got chicken tenders which came with fries, a biscuit, and a drink. The chicken tenders were... fine. Same with the fries, however, other members in my party were a big fan of the fries, so that may of been a personal thing. The biscuit was really good, however. It was clear that they were running low on syrup for the lemonade, because it was a very weak taste.The food court was definitely a food court. One annoying thing was I could not get a cellular signal or a Wi-Fi signal, but that may just be Verizon sucking.Overall, the only reason to come here is because it's already right there.
