A go to when on break, awesome service from Sabrina, Oscar, Manager Angel, and two other Señoritas they actually show interest in their customers and job when I’m picking up food, the strawberry cream pies are better than expected thank you guys

This location might just be the worst run fast food place I've ever seen. The service is horrific. The employees have very poor attitudes. They're constantly out of chicken and sides. I finally stopped going to this location. This Popeye's has been a nightmare since they opened. I'm very surprised this location is still open.

I guess the team member making my food thought it would be cute to Drenched my sandwich in mayo. There's no telling how many might have been done like this. Don't eat where they don't respect your money!

Went through drive through. Ordered a 4pc chicken meal, spicy. I did order around 9pm when their lobby closes. It was not spicy. I got attitude from the employee at the window. I ordered a large meal, got a regular size. Disappointed in everything about this location. I never seem to get what I order when I come here. I will no longer visit. It ruins popeyes at all locations in my eyes.

Roughly 9pm.
Ordered Large 4pc Spicy chicken, Dr. Pepper, mashed potatoes. Got regular size. Disappointed all around. Not the first issue with this location.

I wasted 20 minutes waiting for 8 chicken tenders and a couple of sides. Id understand if it was a big order but 20 minutes for chicken tenders? Ridiculous!

I have had good experiences at this location. I stop in as it is near my job. Can't say the same for the Sahara/Jones location. Anyway, my order has always been correct, fresh hot chicken and fries and good service. They do ask if my family needs anything else upon presenting our food.

Today, I went to store number 12229 at 4950 W. Flamingo road. I ordered 5 chicken pieces in total with 2 biscuits. The lady at the window gave me 5 wings and no biscuits. I generally don't check food, but this time, I did. I went back and showed her the receipt and handed over the wings that I ordered. She did not bother to apologize for giving me the wrong order and missing on biscuits. She gave me a second box with chicken and a biscuit. I went out and again checked. Out of 5, only 3 pieces were given. I again went back and made her count the pieces. Still no apology or regret. Just handed over a box again with 5 pieces.

The manager was leased bothered. Horrible experience and ended up more than 45 minutes to get my order right.
