Attack on customers. In your face, blatant "don't care, f... you" rudeness that has been allowed to continue unchecked. This is a store that corporate has not or will not bother to monitor. I've had, as many others I'm certain, the same experience going through the drive through. The employee that other reviewer spoke of is a black male who wears prescription glasses. The level of disrespect is almost criminal. I will be checking in from time to time to see if management has stepped in to remove these individuals. Corporate needs to step in before there is an incident. There is so much negligence there could not be any hope for defense. How far will these employees go? How about spitting in your ordered food or worse. I would not feel safe eating anything from this store.

When I ordered using the drive through, an angry voice said what's the coupon code number? When I was trying to just order 2 chicken sandwiches. A male voice said SIR you need to give the numbers that are located on the paper coupon. Which I never said anything about a coupon.The female and male workers were so rude. Horrible customer service, there was no apology given after mistaking us for someone else that must have had a coupon. They even asked for an ID when asked for a senor discount. I'm 67 years old.I will not return to this location because of this incident

Man this place is hot! They did something to my hot and spicy chicken wing sauce. I swear this place put crack on my chicken wings cuz that hot and spicy chicken got me addicted!!!
Ordered the 12 price chicken and it had one leg, one breast, two wings and 8 backs. The backs were all bone. Worst excuse for a chicken meal. Won’t be going again!

I went inside to order for take out and the cashier was rude. She was taking my order like she can’t be bothered. I felt like I was being rushed and to top it off, I spent $51.35 and when I asked the cashier for a sweet heat sauce after I already payed she told me that I have to pay extra!!!!! So I spent over $50 and after she rings my ordered and ran my card, she tells me I have to pay extra for 2 little things of sweet heat sauce. Are you kidding me!?!?!?!?! I wish I can post my receipt just to prove a point.

Host hilmerth is very rude and disrespectful I stated to him that my order was wrong. The manager came to the window very aggressive when I explained to him that I ordered a three-piece chicken meal instead of a chicken sandwich. He slammed the window door and said she can have an attitude all she wants. She has the right one today, and that moment I felt threatened and disrespected. I work across the street at the Rtc building. My colleagues and I visit this location all the time. I will never visit this location again.
