Haven't been to a Popeyes in a long time and decided to try it again b/c I received coupons in the mail. Unfortunately, I was NOT impressed at all. The chicken tenders were very small and had like no flavor. Super bland! And I paid the extra money for the mac-n-cheese and it wasn't even cooked all the way. It had huge globs of cheese that weren't even melted. The mashed potatoes were ok... just small. And the biscuits looked like they came from a school cafeteria or something. They were super small, and even though I put a whole packet of honey on one, it was still really bland... just not worth the $ I spent and probably won't go back...On a good note... the guy in the drive thru was very nice... food was just lacking flavor... ☹️

This location is ALWAYS out of Mac and cheese!!! Literally it never misses every time I go. I started going to a farther location because this one sucks. They take so long and most of them are ratchet and rude.

As much trash as I talk about fast food, even Popeyes, due to prices: this particular location is always a good experience. Carolyn has a great team, and so does the lady with the chicken keyring. ? Literally, every single person here seems genuinely personable, and that makes all the difference, for me. I won't go somewhere if I don't like them. - the same goes for the gas station next door, except the have better prices BURN ;)

I got the 3 piece chicken tenders with Cajun fries and Mac n cheese ! Everything was so good! Chicken was super fresh and so were the fries. The Mac and cheese was tasty BUT wayyyy too much fresh cheese on top. Felt like I was eating a grilled cheese without the bread lolThe sweet tea was not very sweet and tasted like a knock of lipton. Other than that no complaints !!

I’m here right now, it’s 9 team members here. It looks like the Manager was walking around looking lost , and all she told me was someone would be right with me, then it looked like another manager walked passed and said the same thing to me. There was a team member who walked up to the register and pressed a few buttons and walked away. Then finally after 5 minutes , someone helped me. This is just poor management, there is no way all these people are here and they have so many people still waiting. It looks like they are only focusing on the drive thru. Fire management , they suck!

Waited over 35 minutes for a simple order. 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. I waited so long people who ordered after me were asking the worker where my order was because like 4 people who ordered after me got there food.
