Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This was my first time picking up an order. I didn't know I had to go through the driver to mention my name, so I went straight to the window. The attendant was super rude when explaining how it should be done. Time 4:45pm

Avoid this Popeyes. We went thru the drive thru and ordered a 16 piece and some additional piece meals. Spending more than $55. We asked for all the chicken to be spicy. NONE of the chicken was spicy. In fact, we apparently got there regular chicken that had been sitting for quite some time. It was overcooked and dry, not juicy, as dark meat should have been. To top things off, we were told they no longer sell the gallon jugs of sweet tea. So then take it off the menu. We called to complain and talked to the same lady who had rudely taken our order. She argued with us, stating she packed the chicken herself, and it was all spicy. We wanted to bring it back for a refund, but she wasn't having it. She continued to argue with us.

With the Popeyes chicken being inedible and the workers at this point being hostile, we ran over to Chicken Shack for wings and tenders. Having to spend even more time and money but at least it was hot, fresh and spicy.

I don't know what's happening at this Popeyes, but these workers are costing the owner’s money. I would give this place negative stars if it were possible.

That had to be the worst fish sandwich ever. It was overcooked crunchy texture hard to eat. Not a fresh sandwich. I've had the Popeyes fish sandwich at other locations. This one was awful

I had the worst dining experience the cashier Chris terrible customer service after spend almost $ 20 for lunch he wanted to charge 2.69 for courtesy cup of ice I spoke with manager Nick or Mike and he keep going on about me not being a customer that was a weird exchange then he’s brings the cup of ice and hand is hovering over it now anyone in food service knows that’s a big NO But I digress I won’t be back I can’t have a courtesy cup of ice but a homeless man can dance in the lobby an disrupt your lunch

So I asked for a kids meal basically saying chicken nuggets chicken strips whatever they’re like oh we don’t have chicken nuggets. OK well what do you have? She basically left me with a pause so I’m like hello. You’re there? A guy gets on and says we don’t have that so I said fine. Get the chicken strips And the side of fries pull up to the window. They only give me french fries you heard me ask you about the kids meal so I’m feeding my child miserable people basically have an attitude like I’m the reason you work at a fast food restaurant and over 25 years old. So I pulled up to the front got out my car went inside. They checked their attitude and gave me my money back, but I recommend nobody goes to this place because it’s in the hood. The service is horrible. Poor management skills, dollar tree the colonel Sanders Change this attitude When I came inside and the girl who started this didn’t even come over because she knew she was wrong miserable people

If i could give this popeyes zero stars i would. Me, my fiancé, and our nephew were there for lunch today. We had went through the drive thru and ordered our food paid for everything and when on our way. We went to get gas and my fiancé noticed he didn't have his food. He went to get it back but they denied because we didn't have a receipt but the cashier never gave us a receipt. He showed the MANAGER the payment on my phone and she still refused. Like really over three pieces of chicken lady. My fiancé lost his temperature and broke their drink machine. Then the manager called the cops and now my fiancé is in jail meanwhile I'm home alone with our 16 month old baby boy. Ive worked at popeyes for two years and never have i ever had to deal with this. Like i’m for real so lost for words. I called the store to see what was going on and the manager was rude and had nothing to say to me besides “I don't know what to tell you” or “I'm not going to argue with you” like no lady you stole my money and didn't give me the food i ordered and now my fiancé is in jail over chicken. Like seriously I'm so mad and upset like i just don't understand why be rude when its your job. This popeyes needs a new manager. I hope you reap what you sow.

To write this review I had to give this location 1 star. Exactly two nights in a row this past Fri/Sat night at 8 pm I was told in the drive thru of course because the lobby was already closed that they didn't have wings. Not that they were out of wings, they didn't have any made. I would imagine I'm not the only customer told this. Your staff is lazy, and I'm positive your losing a lot of business, including mine. Whoever the manager is, needs to look at this.

The absolute worst Popeyes in Las Vegas. Management is terrible. I didn’t even order any food because her attitude was sooo horrible. I don’t need that type energy in my food, nor do I trust people like that touching or making my food.

Love Popeyes food but this particular one has no customer service at all. They’re very rude, they don’t know how to talk to people and this will be my last time coming to this one. It sucks because this is convenient for me by it being down the street from home. I’d rather go further out.

Won't be coming here ever due to the customer service that the manager gave to me. I don't. Know who this manager mike thinks he is talking to me like if I was some type of homeless person, Corporate needs to get involved and retrain Everyone on how to give customer service correctly. I deserve an apology from this manager mike from this store. And now im getting harassed by green valley security pete this guy thinks he can treat people as if there homeless also.

Food was warm at best and burnt workers were polite but, no one seemed to want to be there. At least smile your getting paid.

No stars..the chicken was nasty it's like they dropped it again the next day old chicken and it had no meat inside hard as a brick

I have gone through the drive-thru at several locations and they always get the order wrong. To wait. Time is also terrible.

Just went thru the drive thru at the Popeyes on boulder and Russell in Henderson . We ordered the festival family meal for $20 (4chicken,4strips,4reg sides and 4 biscuits) and only got the chicken and no strips. It does not say (or) on the chicken. What’s the deal
