The worst fast food experience ever. Being as nice as I can, I waited in the drive thru for 47 minutes, and I’m not exaggerating. Told the guy my order and it was completely wrong. I understand things happen, but they didn’t even acknowledge how long they had some people waiting in the drive thru, and then you couldn’t even get the order right after that long? Unacceptable. To top it off, my fries were STALE. Highly recommend you go across town to any other Popeyes because the level of incompetence at the flamingo and 215 location is ridiculous. They’re a joke

I mean it's Popeyes. But I ordered to combos and they wanted to charge me extra for 2 sauces. You would think one with each combo but no. If you order 12 pieces of chicken you only get 1 sauce. Diabolical

They have a dumb automated drive through window can't customize any thing

Waited 35 minutes for a 5 piece tender meal...

Got to the drive thru at 7:10PM. About 5 cars ahead of me. Didn't leave with food until after 7:55pm. 45MINS to get fried chicken. I could have went to the store, bought chicken, battered it, and fried it myself. I don't know what's going on inside...why wouldnt you just fry endlessly? I mean you serve 2 products - mild or spicy. Fry a boatload and don't stop. Jfc. Whomever manages this place needs to understand workflow.

Shame on me for coming back and assuming they could get the food done on time. Ordered 45 mins ahead so they could possibly have it ready when I got there later. I was wrong. I swear these associates purposefully work slow to make people angry. Zero sense of urgency. Absolutely zero.

Just a heads up for anybody who has not been here, expect a 30 min wait, the cashier will take your order then not even put it in till you remind them and for you not to be treated as a paying customer especially if you dont speak Spanish.

The restaurant needs to replace and clean their cooking oil instead of just using rancid oil to serve to people. The Cajun fries I ordered smelled like rotten cheese and although the taste was fine, the bad smell ruined the experience. The small portion of fries were expensive, so the quality should have been there.

1st off, the drive though AI order assistant is annoying and also loud because ot the carwash blowdryers 15ft away. I ordered spicy tenders, and they tasted like they were covered in a stale breading, the fries were... somethign else. My dog hesitated to eat the chicken for a few minutes and just left it outside like she was hiding it from me. People at the window were nice and friendly.

The voice recognition software they use at the drive thru makes the drive thru 2 or 3 times longer than it otherwise would be.
Manager, get rid of it, hire another human

The lady who helped me in this location if she isn't the store manager, she should be!) Was the most personable and professional fast food worker I have ever had the pleasure of transacting with.

If you come to Vegas DO NOT EAT HERE. The people are rude , will walk past you and not take your order.it takes for me to say something to get my food ………. Customer service is horrible I can’t express it

This Popeyes has problems 60% of the time I go. They always get my items wrong: wrong size, missing items, etc. Today they gave me a small mash instead of large, my regular red beans and rice was missing, and gave me 3 little chicken wings for the 3 piece. ALWAYS check your order before you pull away bc they hire employees who can’t read and who just don’t care. In this economy you’re better off just frying your own chicken.

Totally slowly!!!!
My first time here and I'm not recommended for no one. The employers working like a 🐢.
No one here, and I waiting 40 min for have a classic hambúrguer and fries.
