I would only order popeyes. I got a recent delivery. It used to be that you got a nice piece of juicy chicken with coating. What i just got was what looked like a pound diem piece of chicken to almost imperceptible with nothing but coating. I couldn't even find a piece big enough to share with my 4lb dog. I will never order popeyes again

3 drive through orders everyone wrong. How do you get every order wrong?!?

Worst popeyes ever took a long time the black girl with the pony tail and glasses was to busy trying to give free food to her piers. Also laughed and said sorry when she forgot all about me.

Went to this place multiple times and it takes a lot to sit and write a review. I ordered a 12 piece wing with large Mac n cheese and two biscuits, the guy taking my order was nice but wasn’t paying attention at all cause he was talking to someone else on his earpiece, he only rang me up for the wings. Then I asked again for the Mac n cheese and biscuits, paid, then received (what I thought was) my order. Drove 30 miles away to work to warm up my food just to realize they only gave me 6 of the 12 wings. Super frustrating. I don’t work hard to throw my money away like this.

Friendly service at the drive through. Chicken breasts were juice and crispy!

everytime i order or doordash here im waiting 15-20 minutes, and half of the time they ignore you . service is never up to par here

Couldn't even order because the guy in the drive through was just playing games and talking bad about the last customer in the drive through. Along wothbthrowimg trash out of the drive through window. Might should look into hiring someone with some sense.

Please just go to the one on Rainbow ! This one sucks… they’re hella rude, false advertisement & whoever was running the drive thru had a smart ass mouth. I wish I could give 0 stars. Never again

online pickup order at 4:16pm, arrived at 4:14, and followes-up pn my order, only one person in fromt of me, not sure how much on the drive thru, I followed-up my order at 4:33pm, staff said still not ready yet,
why would you tell me my order will be ready at 4:16pm and lie in front of my face?
If I could give zero star on this location I would, terrible customer service, maybe they should just close this location or re-train their staffs?
I wonder why they get low rating reviews.
finally at 4:41pm my order came in, I doubled checked, and of course it's missing an item, glad I checked, and had to go back to the fromt to ask for the missing food! really a thumbs down and pne of the worst customer service i have ever been to a fastfood.

We waited on the side of the drive thru for 20min. I wanted fast food for a reason. Plus they forgot my Mac & cheese one time. I'm done going to Popeyes. Kentucky fried Chicken here I come
