First, no one was friendly no greeting. Food was not spicy. Drink area was sort of clean. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

That place is too dirty, it's so unpleasant to walk in and see the staff with nothing in their hair, no gloves on their hands and see how the potatoes are thrown everywhere, it smelled so bad that I didn't want to buy
I work in a restaurant and I cannot be without gloves, I always give the best to the clients and my work area is quite clean, that is part of our job that the client leaves satisfied so that they buy again but the truth is that in this restaurant it is not worth buying I do not recommend spending your money there and the owners of the company should take action on the matter, also the people who serve are not pleasant at all

That looks disgusting, the staff there don't use gloves and they didn't have anything to cover their hair, the place smelled bad and was dirty, the truth is I didn't want to buy food because it looked very unhygienic.

The manager that works during days is one of the most useless people in Vegas, and can't even be bothered to hand you your order from 5 ft away without waiting for the drive thru to be completely clear

I never got my biscuits with my family meal

I do not recommend this location. My order was placed with the manager @ 2:14pm for freshly made takeout with a coupon for 10 pc chicken, 2 large sides & 5 biscuits. In which, the manager seemed unwillingly to fullfil my request & stated it will take 25 minutes, but, I was willingly to wait. After she prepared, packaged & handed me my food, I viewed it & noticed it was overcook😡 after stating my complaint to her to stated it was cooked for 12 minutes & that she has no control over that & asked if I wanted my money back. I stated yes with unkindly words😡. Furthermore, I was offered from another cashier, who was very pleasant, freshly made biscuits, but, it seemed to upset the manager. 😡 I was served 12 minute refried chicken & not freshly made, as I requested😡. I have serviced this establishment on several occasions & have never received that type of service from a manager. The workers & managers are usually pleasant. I was so upset I didn't think to take pics of the children it was horrible! I suggest if you service this location please view your food before leaving!!

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. The young woman at the drive through had a VERY bad attitude. Not friendly at all. I had a wait for the rest of my order. She came out and literally threw my food to me. I will NEVER come back to this place again. I know they don’t care but I’d rather go somewhere where my business is appreciated.
