I did an app order. I got there it wasn't ready so I was told to wait up front. I waited an hr. I told a girl that came out to give another customers order that I had been waiting. She said she would check on it. 10 minutes later another girl ran out with my order saying it had been sitting on the counter the whole time and no one brought it out. 🤬. Then didn't even bring me my drink. I had to go back through the line to get my drink, which they didn't even have the frozen drink I ordered online! No one apologized or tried to accommodate for the time I spent or for the cold food I got. Im very disappointed with this place and im not going back.

I recently visited this Popeyes locations to get the wings. I ordered a 12pc wing with two sauces and they were fresh, hot, and had the classic Popeyes crunch to them. Although there were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, it didn’t take more than 10 minutes for me to order, receive my food, and leave. I’d return. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Do not go inside of this restaurant expecting any kind of service I came in to dine in. I was ignored. I stood in line for 19 minutes. No one simply said hi or I will be with you shortly. I literally had to leave and go through the drive-through to order and receive any food.
There were employees talking about their personal life and texting on their phone instead of serving customers

Order fresh fries was told to pull to the front and they would bring it out!
Got the "fresh" fries and they were soggy ,luke warm and NOT fresh. A waste of 13$

Ordered on the app for the first time. The app said the order would be ready soon. Went to the drive thru and was asked to pull around and park. Waited half an hour. No food. Only three cars went through the drive thru and the doors were locked, so no customers inside. They were apparently too busy to make my food. Reported the issue on the app and was given a refund 38 minutes after placing the order. Can I get my time back? Next time I'll drive the extra distance to Cane's. Deleting the app.

I went to Popeyes today to order some fire hot chicken wings they put the chili stuff goop it in there made it look like some nasty chilli so nasty gross I will never ever it looks like they just slopped in there

Unable to handle the high demand of delivery orders (i.e. UberEats, DoorDash). This restaurant either shouldn’t be available on the various delivery apps, or it needs better processes in place in addition to more accurate wait times. I’d rather be told the order will be ready in 30 minutes than be told 10 minutes and end up waiting around in the restaurant for an additional 20 minutes. Maybe that’s an issue with the apps overestimating ready times. But still, there’s too many customers coming in, standing around and not even being acknowledged because all the employees are very busy playing catch up.

this is the last time I will be ordering from this location. Bought there festive box which includes 4 pieces of chicken 4 chicken tenders and 4 sides, received two thighs and two drumsticks, no breast or wing - for the 4 tenders two were three inches long. - for my sides I ordered mash potatoes and received beans, - they either can't read or see what they are doing.

Every time I have been to this location, without fail I have not received something that I order, whether it be sauces or sides, once an entrƩe. I've worked fast food for years and I have no idea how this happens so often, even though my order is small and I normally order for one or two people max.

Pulled up to the drive though & was told they only have chicken sandwiches. At that point, why wouldn’t they just put up a sign or shut down for the night. Waste of time..
