The usual Popeye's bad service from employees that know nothing about customer service. We ordered dine in and received everything in a plastic bag to go. We received no napkins for our meal and I asked the counter clerk for napkins and sauces for our food. He told me they are completely out of napkins. He tried to just hand us the bag and didn't ask if we needed anything else and didn't say thank you.

I stopped by the men's restroom to get paper towels since we had nothing to clean our hands with while eating.

Next, we ate the food and the cajun fries were cold and the chicken sandwich didn't have the sauce on it. We paid nearly $30 for this meal and were sorry we chose to spend our money at Popeye's. Popeye's is usually hit or miss with the customer service, but usually the food makes up for it. This time even the food couldn't save them.

We'd like our money back Popeye's and I will be contacting your corporate office about this!

If I could give zero stars I would. 4 out of 5 times that I’ve done a mobile order- it’s never ready on time. Ive waited a period of 30 minutes to an hour. I’ve come on times when it’s been busy to hardly no one at all.
This place has the slowest staff.

Popeyes…do way, way better please.

Living The Glam Life

This man was extremely racist against African American customers and called the police on me over a mishap with a drink. The weakest manager at this location. So sad considering he is a minority himself. I rolled my window up and he was mad because I was “messing us the drive thru time” even though there was no cars behind me and I was trying to leave.

Horrible experience, food was wrong and missing items. Had to go back (because their phones line were busy) and the lady refused to replace our meal (even though we brought everything back and showed her what was missing) wasted 30+ min driving back and forth for cold greasy barely edible food. 60$ worth too. Got in touch with customer service over email, I told them what happened and they also never emailed me back. Worse customer service I ever had to deal with
