Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. None of the employees greeted me. One of them actually laughed in my face when I asked if I could check out at the register instead of kiosk. I asked a question to the manager was extremely rude. Went out of there way to be nice to a regular customer. Treated me like garbage. Would not recommend to anybody. The food was also the least good Popeyes I've ever had. Borderline awful.

Waited 20 mins to get my food with wrong item and no utensil. Employee give the wrong item but the manager lied that I ordered the wrong item.

I had gone to a Popeye's on Maryland Street but they were out of chicken thighs and the two thighs they had left she said we're tiny. So if I wanted to wait for fresh pieces I'd have to wait 20 minutes. So I drove to the one off Windmill and Eastern. They had fast friendly service the chicken was fresh and hot I have nothing but compliments for this place.

This location does not allow you request of even pay for the parts of chicken of your choice. Regardless of what the offer reads, their policy is “you get what we have.” Food is not as fresh as other nearby locations and 1 dipping sauce per 3 pieces or pay .27 cents. I will drive the extra miles to Stephanie for satisfaction.

Choose another location if you want food that is not old and cold. Or if you want respectfully service and the correct order. Should have known this wasn't the place to get my food when I pulled up and seen the manager and employee outside smoking weed next to Popeyes sign in full uniform in front of store. 😂😂😂😂 I definitely would NOT recommend or will not be visiting again.

Gotta say its very heartwarming to come to this location after such a long time and have the employees recognize me. It speaks volumes about the people you have hired here and makes me very happy to see as a customer.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location until today. Manager needs to get rid of these people that worked on Monday Sept. 29th around 12:30 pm. We felt like just a major inconvenience to them, not asking for anything special at all. The 12pc wing deal all bone in all the same rub, biscuits, and a lemonade. No special requests at all. If these people dont want to be working here so bad let them find somewhere else to work. Completely rude. Probably the worst attitude I've seen in a while.

Ordered 3 chicken tenders they were like shoe leather had to trash them they were sitting a long time and ready when I got to the window I felt ripped off

just came back from drive-through. My chicken was not cooked all the way and customer service was very bad. Had my chicken been cooked correctly I wouldn’t care about the customer service.

Pretty nice spot with good service. I ordered and paid on the kiosk. Food was ready soon after. I sat there and ate for like an hour. Clean space. No problems.
