Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had the skinless chicken tenders here; they were hot, juicy, and tasty. They were cooked to perfection. Most chicken tenders are dried out and are hard at most restaurants; but this Popeyes had them done to GREAT!!!

While the food is good because there's no way Popeyes it can be bad, the customer service sucks. This short Latina was very rude and a liar. I understand your busy working in the service and food Industry I'm symptomatic but don't tell me your making my order next and skip me with 3 orders. Normally I don't trip but due to unfortunate circumstances I have a curfew and was cutting It close. 😅

I've visited this particular location 3 times in 2 weeks. Each time, I was waited on by the lady in the drive-thru, named Ellen. She is the most courteous, professional, positive person I've had the pleasure to meet. Popeyes should hire more people like her. She's the reason I continue to return to that Popeyes. It's the chicken, then, Ellen. Thank you Ellen, you're the best.

I literally was approached in the drive-through by two homeless men asking me to buy them some chicken. They're very slow. I sat in the line during lunch hours for over 20 minutes, and food wasn't even fresh.

Food was disappointing, cold and was given the wrong order. Took too long because they called a member instead of the name they asked for. I couldn't even find the number on the receipt.They seemed a little understaffed. Paid $15 for a meal that was not worth that at all.

Spicy chicken sandwich! That is incredibly good!

Please when you come to this establishment do so when you are not hungry, be prepared to buy food and have it delivered an hour later. I mean, I came to this place and bought food at 11 at night on January 3 and they delivered it to me at 12:05 on January 4. We were approximately 5 people waiting, I think they went to run around the chicken before cooking it terribly.

No more "Cajun rice" no more eating at Popeyes!

Went to this location because the one down the street ran out of spicy chicken filets. Pull up to drive thru and the girl was really nice. I asked if they had spicy chicken sandwiches left and she said I got the last 2! Food came out super hot and fresh and delicious.
