The staff working late night is not to blame for the lack of items available, however it is very disappointing when I order online and pay and then get to the window to be told they don't have anything I ordered. The management should be setting them up for success with plenty of stock to be able to fulfill orders until close with everything on the menu. It's not the first time it's happened to me and I get food from here less and less because I'm tired of having to get refunded and not get to eat anything.

This location sucks. The staff the company all of it. With DoorDash , if they don’t have it they’ll send you extra apple pies. Their attitudes are trash! They are slow and they are always out of their products. At this point close it down. I came and went through drive through . Was told my food would be out in one minute and to pull around. I watched 10+ and 7 cars get their food and still waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. Not happy at all

Idk how the food taste cuz I'm not ginna spend my money where I don't feel valued as a consumer.

When through the drive through customer service was great. I ordered the sweet and spicy wings and the signature wings. Had to wait about ten minutes for them but that's fine.I wasn't impressed or pleased with their wings. My opinion way TOO MUCH sauce. The signature Hot wings had a sweet taste to it, wasn't expecting that. Way TOO much breading on the chicken wings.I needed to use the restroom while I waited. But their lobby was locked up during normal business hours.(Sucks for paying customer)I took a photo of what appeared to be a piece of chicken, but wasn't. I'll try to upload it.
