TERRIBLE JOANNA NEEDS TO GET FIRED!!! She takes people’s Oder while being on her phone. She also gives everyone nasty dirty looks THEN I seen her her stick her finger in her nose then then pass me my chicken WHAT THE ACTUAL flip this store needs serious help bc what type of people do u have working where the health department!?!?

The employees are consistently rude at this location, and nobody cleans the fountain drink machine. I actually got sick from drinking moldy lemonade from that machine. I could feel something slimy like biofilm in my drink. So extremely unsanitary. The restroom also smelled like mold or mildew. I also ordered a bottle of water and overpaid for a warm bottle of water. I normally love Popeyes, but this location is ridiculous, stay far away! This place is a health hazard.

I placed my order through the app, thinking it would be faster. I waited 30 minutes after I got there. They messed up my order. Forgot my food. Worst experience ever. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one again.

........How you order @ 1030am and all your ish cold/warm😡. I asked for a leg and thigh. Got a breast instead which I don't! like...Beans and rice seem right out the frig and nuked for 10 seconds! Than why it seems like they added a third cup of water to it??? Didn't taste NO seasoning in it! Biscuit cold as well... Popeyes in Vegas ( numerous locations)Have straight went down hill!!! I'm mad as heck!!! Don't like sending food back. Didn't even eat all my food. Waste of gas and money!!!!!!😡😡😡
12/2/25😩Came back tho I was disappointed the last time. Not even a whole hour once they were open. I bought some chicken. Chicken was dry as the Mojave Desert. The chicken was luke warm from the heat lamp. Very unacceptable. I should have bought some chips. You can't go wrong with that or better yet waited till I went home and cooked myself🤔🙄😡

If you like Cajun, then this is definitely the place for that. It's so good!
