Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have ordered two 14.99 meals I ended up missing my chicken tenders and two sides. Note the sides were small and they included the one chicken tenders box the sides they gave me were cold along with the boneless wings. Boneless wings were all mixed it jus was annoying I'm coming off work after long day trying to feed my family and relax and I gotta go through this and then drive and go somewhere else now. I went back in and said something I said you can remake it or give me my money so the manager was decent he did refund me. Another tip the staff in the back one was buttering the biscuits wearing no gloves coughing and didn't wash her hands and the other girl has a bonnet on and no gloves serving up fries. Never will I return.

I went to pick up order got home and realized it was the wrong sauce on wings went back up there I was so livid ,but this young man fix the issue he was so nice and understanding I don't know if he the was manager or an associate but he went above and beyond. Kindness is free thank you.

I visited the store on Nellis Blvd & Vegas Valley drive thru, I ordered bone in wings and red beans & rice. Also, I wanted to try the new cheese cake. I didn’t get my red beans and rice and that was the reason for me going there. I was very unhappy. I tried calling the store many times to let them know what happened, but the phone rung over and over again, then they hung up. I’m not happy,
I was going to go to El Loco Polo, but I really wanted the red Beans and rice.

Too costly

Hispanic lady took my order wrong. Did not find out 'til I got home. I guess this happens very often. Poor management? or lack of training?. Who knows 🤔

This popeyes takes no accountability when they get your order wrong. Trying to get them to give me the fries I ordered was like pulling teeth. They refuse to rectify the situation and have terrible customer service here.

I am so disturbed and upset with this location. Firstly, it took me at least 10 minutes to get my order placed because the person working the drive-through could not understand me and I barely understood her. Her English was not good which makes it absurd to even have her working the drive-through…. someone else has/had to eventually take the order. Secondly, the food was horrible. My fries were cold and so was the chicken Strips which I thought they would be piping hot and ready to go because it took forever for them to get orders straight. Also, they had none of the sauces, that they should’ve had I was told they only had buffalo sauce and that was horrible tasting.. I have to go inside to get that. A month ago I went to the north Durango and 215 Location and it was so good they had several sauce choices good was hot. It was a large number We had family across street the hospital so we were feeding a big group and they Got the order correct. Then to receive and see this poor quality of service and poor quality of food at the Nellis in Vegas Valley location where I live is frustrating and disturbing and wasting my freaking money.

I order an a 4 piece spicy chicken and it didn’t taste spicy nor was the chicken even hot as the store opens at 10am you would think the chicken would be fresh and hot.I live less then 1.8 miles away with Uber delivery and the food wasn’t hot on temp and chicken wasn’t spicy either. What o to Popeyes? You guys use to be consistent and the chicken didn’t have no flavor or taste to it either. Not just this store but another store as well don’t taste appealing either. Who is the cook that makes the chicken and do they taste what they cook to make sure it’s seasoned right and the correct chicken leaves the store of what’s ordered. Even the red beans and rice had no flavor to it just tastes very plain. With today’s food prices and how much we pay for our food. I expect quality to be the best as it possibly can. If you won’t serve it to your family then don’t serve it to ours is the best policy. That name goes a long way and the food taste like it was done like they didn’t care about it. I don’t think I will do Popeyes for a while as I stop eating at KFC already. I’m better off cooking my own food at home as the price is too high and you can’t get quality food as you think it should be at all time. I’m looking for consistency when I taste the food here at Popeyes. Know your product let the cook taste the chicken quality assurance the chicken by management as you run the store don’t let nothing pass you by. If it’s cold toss it and keep hot and fresh batch. Make sure they use the correct season. It tastes just like it’s nothing but batter only and the chicken scorched. How is the store open on an hour and the chicken is not hot or fresh. I challenge this store that I should come in to see how well the food is by pulling the manager so they know in person to see if they are watch what is leaving the store and how it taste they self. I know this store use to be the best and still can change if that manager knows what to do. Change your cooking grease and the cook. Allow the older ones that knows what to do to cook the chicken and taste the chicken and rate the chicken. If no taste don’t let that chicken leave the store. This store owe me an hot meal that is seasoned because I know you guys can because I’ve tasted it and this is the first time I caught this store slipping. Please fix this complaint and let someone that can cook that chicken correctly with flavor and temperature passing through fresh. I’m not going to take a photo because it was cold and just want to see this store make good hot fresh chicken. That’s all I expect this store to do. Also even the biscuit wasn’t hot and buttery either.

Popeyes food containers stay the same size but the amount food that is put inside gets smaller and smaller, Plus it's cheaper made and taste. Like everybody I couldn't get enough of the original chicken sandwich, which is actually a simple sandwich that just has few ingredients but they are fresh tasting and because of the rich ingredients & the nice size chicken breast they're very filling. Also they always looked like they were made to look like a premium sandwich . They used to actually be half wrapped so you could hold it in one hand and it would keep the sandwich nicely kept . Like the sandwiches you would see in a mom-and-pop sandwich shop and with little touches like that even at times when the sandwich seems smaller or I felt bad for spending $5 on one sandwich, the little great touches made me feel like it was worth it. But now it's playing the game how messed up will my chicken sandwich actually be. Now they hastily toss the sandwich together and throw it into a cellophane bag and roll 1/3 of the open end of the bag which most times part of your sandwich is rolled up and smashed into the cellophane with not even enough Mayo for a bite of the sandwich let alone a whole sandwich also for some reason now the chicken breasts on they used to be best chicken sandwich in town is now the same size and consistency of the cheap crispy or spicy chicken sandwich from McDonald's which is on the dollar menu. I did become discouraged on ordering my usual, I switched it up and instead of only ordering two chicken sandwich I would get one chicken sandwich and a popcorn shrimp basket with no drink and I kid you not there was 11 small popcorn shrimps with 14 individual french fries which cost $7 Plus

We went to this location about 30 mins before they closed fully expecting to be treated like annoying last minute customers but the kids working here are so sweet and they’re very prompt. Thank you :)
