Terrible service, customer service with an arrogant and unprofessional attitude, the manager ANA, a Latina, I suggest that they close this place, that is why the place has so few stars.

What a bad service and management in this store, I had an order for 4 items and it was the first order, there were no more orders before and they spent 30 minutes making 4 sandwiches and they never managed to make them due to the poor management of the employees, devastating service

The Mexican lady in the front act like she didn't hear me when asked for sauces very rude two new Mexican lady where's the old staff bring them back asap rudeness isn't the way to go Ana is her name

We got here at 2p. There was a line damn near out the door. The staff were very unorganized. There was a cook handling the register and he didn’t know what he was doing. Merlin, who was supposed to be handling the register was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She has very poor communication skills with the rest of her coworkers as far as what orders needed packing. The manager had terrible management skills and couldn’t deescalate the situation at hand. She was trying but she’s not a good manager. This location needs some serious help or it needs to be closed down. It is currently 3:10, still have not received our simple order.

They can only handle one car at a time. Long waits. Chicken sandwich always 13 minute wait.

This Place is Awfulà stood there for Ten minutes with no one else in line . The older Mexican lady is slow and Awful service.. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!

I ordered a strawberry frozen lemonade with my food. The lady at the drive thru window instead of telling me they're out of strawberry decides to just make me a mango and hands it to me. Then when i tell her its not what i ordered she pretended she didnt hear me until after the 2nd time she says they're out of it. Then they didnt fill the macaroni and the mash potatoes cup. I asked for sauce & got ZERO

I Just left Popeyes I ordered 12 wings at 7:12 they said 15 minutes we gotta drop some fresh wing do you mind I said OK 7:30 come around I get up go to the counter someone said no not yet. 7:45 comes around I'm like yo what's up with the wings and the person in the Grey shirt said oh we didn't drop them yet. Wait What? Refund please.and this is not the first time something like this has happened. Horrible crew. DONT COME HERE

Char who works there turned on me when I politely told her that I am trying to catch a bus, an what do they have ready to go? And she states "So your problem is now my problem?" She needs to be fired.

Every time I go there and I order mashed potatoes or mac & cheese And every single time I go through the drive-through, they can’t put a spoon Or fork I could eat my food. Imagine the owner! can’t even hire people with common sense.

I generally enjoy Popeyes when I visit but there has been a dramatic shift in the common sense of food prep and service here. Just look at these wings that I paid more for sauce for? Who in their natural would think to serve these as “sauced wings”? It’s just mind blowing. Do you guys think badly prepared meals magically look quality as soon as it breaks the threshold of my window?
