Glad I gave this place another chance. Went a few years ago and really didn’t care for it but last nights experience was much better.
Definitely a solid cheesesteak. Service was quick and friendly. Just a nice place to just hang around.

I have driven past this restaurant for over 20 years and never tried it. Well of course I finally did with the expectation that if it's been open this long, then the food must be top-notch. I was disappointed in the flavor. I got the #4 with chicken and my husband the #32. It was bland. No condiments on the sandwich is standard. I dont believe they offer them. Condiments definitely would have helped with flavor. I do like the cool atmosphere they created, but we won't return.

I used to love coming here. The quality and service has really gone down. I found no flavor, dry meat, for the price I paid I would expect more. I really dislike a Hispanic lady taking my order. She not only did not get my order right but she also did not charge me for my order correctly. I had missing items, lady tried arguing with us about our order. I was very disappointed. I will not be returning after this experience.

@Lisa: This is the past the portion size has changed however the price is still ridiculous. The buns are now smaller and they’ve reduced the amount of meat. If you’ve been in Las Vegas for a while you know you’re being screwed. The 20 years product is GONE don’t be fooled. THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT nor THE PORTiON SiZE BUT THEY ARE CHARGING FOR A BATE AND SWITCH.

American takeout has really gone to hell over the past several years. They might fair better if they hire people who are actually familiar with the flavors and how the food is supposed to taste. Also tired of medium rare, floppy French fries. This place marks the last time I will eat out aside from Fine dining.

That, and a mammoth sized tinkerbell, called Liberty Bell. I suppose many sayings depend on time and place. But somehow the best ones seem to echo through time. As labels and products often change. Which is the reason I mat bark at a server. Yet I take time to get to know a food vendor. Because it takes an intuition of trust. To allow any hand to feed you.

Food quality has diminished from what it used to be. The cheese sauce had no taste at all, just cheese colored goo. The chili was Brown goo, and the prices had doubled. Napkins were ridiculous - hard to tear off of a continuous roll. And I don'tsay this to be mean but most of the restaurants in Las Vegas have taken on the same route with food, high prices, less quality.

I'm a 36 year local and I've been going here for years and years now, pops never disappoint. It's always an energetic fun vibe sitting outside, seems to always be very family friendly, and just a staple here in Vegas in my family. Highly recommend if you need that comfort food 👏🏻
