Quality has gone down recently. Usually order here whenever in a pinch. Lately cannot get my order correct online and food hasn't been as fresh. Today asked for toasted per my normal- arrived as my sandwich being made and was clearly not toasted - all staff said it was toasted. Grabbed my food and left, not even a bit warm, bread was even hard as a rock, and cheese still fresh from the slicer. Definitely not toasted. Microwaved it myself a few minutes later to make it edible. Disappointed. Port of subs has always been a favorite of mine- this location is just not the best.

This ENTIRE encounter started off on the wrong foot. I went in wanted to order and the total came out to over $30 for 2 combos. My friend said that it didn't sound correct because online it takes $2~ off. So, my friend placed an online order today for pick up (Order #: 31076142710636549).It was my first time going in person and I made a order with my friend. they made one sandwich completely wrong specifically the 15. They had an attitude as soon as she started helping me and wanted to give me a piece of broken bread for my sandwich to begin with. If I didn't notice they would have served me that too. After we noticed the order being incorrect it had no vegetables or sauce just meat and bread. We went back to get it fixed and she started screaming at my friend that they wouldn't fix it and she has to buy a new sandwich. She proceeded by throwing away the sandwich and saying she need to buy a new one. I was absolutely astonished something like this could ever happen. My friend asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded by saying it was her. She then asked for someone higher and she called the owner. they started arguing about it at first and then gave the phone to friend. The owner said it would be fine to add the missing toppings but my friend told her that wasnt even possible since she had thrown away her sandwich a key part the "manager" forgot to tell the owner. The owner's name was Tracy not sure if that was spelled correctly. At the end they made her a new sandwich after a whole scream sesh and throwing away a perfectly good sandwich.

This store is terrible good luck getting food after work they close earlier than the other stores and the workers will close down even earlier then that. Went in at 5 they close at 645 but had already put everything away. Went another time same deal stood in line for the girl to say they were closed when it was time for me to order although I was already in line and there were ppl still eating. If u want a small Sammy ur not getting one because they pretend to run out of “small” bread. Walked in another time not a single employee was avail to take my order grabbed what I needed and left without payment. Game Day need food? don’t worry they’ll be closed. Please get rid of the evening staff and hire some folks with integrity

Angelica was working today July 11, 2024 from open to until I came to pick up my sandwhich at this location 6080 Badura Ave #140, Las Vegas, NV 89118. She was so rude, the most unhelpful, and she didn't know how anything worked. I placed an order online and I saw I mistakenly put pick-up so when I called she kept saying we don't do delivery instead of trying to help or give me options. I was at work I work about 15 minutes away and only have a 30 minute lunch. When I called back to see if I can camcle the order because I can't come to pick it up she kept telling me I had to cancle it online and I kept asking how she didn't give me any instructions just telling me to do it online. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was the manager I asked to speak to someone above her and she hung up on me. Then I had to ask my boss if I could clock out early for lunch so I can go pick up my sandwich because she didn't want to help me in anyway. I will make sure to let everyone I come in contact know about this location and how unhelpful, rude and unintelligent they are.

Port of Sub offers great sandwiches made to perfection by an amazing staff. The service is outstanding, but the place could use a bit of cleaning as the tables were dirty during my visit. Overall, it's a great spot for a delicious meal with room for improvement in cleanliness.

Classic sandwich shop. The food is consistent and the staff is friendly. This is ny go to place for a BLT of I don't feel like making it at home. I also recommend them if you need sandwiches catered. They've done a great job for us in the past.
It's VERY obvious this location is under new management...very clean, soda machine works and staff is so friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this
