The lady working behind the counter was not that great. Also when I asked for extra onions she put exactly 1 more little piece of onion on my sandwich. Not the best customer service here.

The 2 girls working are OK, but, they are not courteous or rude.. just OK...and they don't use as much Lettuce and meats in salad as on a sandwich!!

First off let me just say that Ethan is a BOSS! He was in this place BY HIMSELF fully handling a busy lunch/dinner rush and having a supply delivery going on at the same time! Forget the fact that the lobby was full of customers and there was a delivery going on behind him Ethan kept his composure and maintained a friendly and positive demeanor while keeping his work space clean and organized! This guy needs a raise and some type of recognition for his hard work and positive attitude. I’ve worked my way out of the food service industry and have done everything from cleaning toilets to managing multiple locations for big name restaurants, in all my years I can honestly say that it is not often you see someone who is able to keep their cool in a situation like this. Seriously whoever is managing/owns this place needs to show some respect to their hard working staff! The fact that he was alone on a delivery day is a whole other problem that the management needs to address, seriously if I was still in the industry I would of offered him a job at one of my locations and paid him more than whatever he is making here. This guy is busting his butt and I just hope that the owner/management team take good care of him because with his work ethic and positive attitude I wouldn’t be surprised to see him move on to bigger and better things in no time! Cherish this guys commitment while you have him! The food was good and service was incredible. I’m from out of town and travel to Vegas at least twice a month for work and as long as Ethan is here I’ll keep coming back ! ??

Port a subs is the way to go! Everytime I come to Vegas I have to stop by and eat at this location and take some back to California for the family to enjoys. See y’all next time!
