I always order a vegetarian sandwich, so they offer to wipe the meat particles off the slicing blade. I like that. What I don’t like, are their hours of operation. Open for business 10hrs. on weekdays, but just 7hrs. on weekends. Why, Port of Subs? Why??Vegetarian options: The only option is to order the #6 sandwich. It’s a three cheese combo, which includes avocado at no extra cost. It’s very good. If the thought of meat contamination is a detractor, never fear. A worker will gladly wipe down and clean the slicing blade, upon request.

I've been going here a couple times a week about 6-8 years, as my work is right around the corner. The new(er) management, who's been there for probably the last couple years, is awesome. The sandwiches are good, they are always engaging and awesome, and they are always pretty quick. I've been ordering online for pickup and haven't ever had a terrible experience.

Port of subs 5715 s eastern ave & Russell. This is what there feeding period whom eat there. In the back get put n leave food at unsafe Temps, nothing covered, rotten moldy bad food. The lettus is in brown slimmy water, they only use a little water to clean there dishes no soap. Dirty rags. Jen uses dirty rags she dropped on the floor to wipe off knives, meat slicer, counters ect. The owner/mgr shavonnie knows& she does not care. She's making Jen a mgr. As the 2 are friends. Mrg knows all Jen does& said she gives up telling Jen. Jen does not wear gloves. Cut herself in front of us n still uses the same knife she cut self with. Didn't clean it up & so true to feed people the bloody food n laughed. Jen said she can do what ever she wants cause she will never loose her job. Jen said she does do much that she does what health dept says no no no. Cleans the meat slicer front & back while it's on and running with a dirty rag. Telling the employees that's what they have to do. Mgr said that's what corporate office told them to do. Um hell no that's such a lie.

I absolutely love this store! I’ve been a loyal customer for well over a year! The restaurant is super clean, the staff is phenomenal always gets my order right and the bread is fresh! I can’t speak highly enough about this place!Kid-friendliness: This store is definitely kid friendly. The staff all have kids and interacts with the kids like they are their own kids
They are feeding people moldy vegetables, green meat. Jen does not wash her hands. She uses dirty rags to clean off of the food area. They do not sanitize anything in this location. The people are disgusting. The food is disgusting beware of your own health and your life. Because the bacteria is growing like crazy and they do not care. Lord forbid if somebody dies because of this place, be in so unsafe and disgusting. They treat their new employees like garbage, saying that they're drug addicts in doing drugs at work. Irk, because they quit this location. This place I would never, ever step foot in again. They are so rude. Jen cut her finger in front of us with the knife. Had blood all over did not wash a knife did not do.
