Brittany and her team really came through for our business catering order. The person tasked with placing our order didn't do it so we couldn't give 24 hours notice. We got really scared because 50+ picky corporate people would've been disappointed. She still got it made on time AND she accommodated our requests. All sandwiches were marked with colored picks so our picky people didn't disassemble the sandwiches looking for the ones they want. They also added a thick paper divider to separate our wrap plate that was 50% vegetarian.
Guilty for throwing this on them, we learned our lesson to not let the new guys order! Insanely grateful for this location

The young man working Saturday 6/14/25 specifically! Not only had an incredibly bad attitude but, was also rude, condescending, and also had zero willingness to assist. And to add insult to injury he also demonstrated preferential treatment based on nationality. Despite the fact that he himself was not Caucasian. Customer service and respect regardless of race, religion, appearance or otherwise is of utmost importance in my book. Be it at port of subs or a highly rated restaurant. Every customer deserves respect!

Poor service. Came in the evening around 7pm. Workers were to busy talking and couldnt greet properly. Asked for white bread, got burned wheat bread instead. Barely any meat put on my sandwich. Was directed to put vegetables before i could even finish watching the meat being placed. Was one thin layer of meat. Ask for a little mayo and she drenched the sandwich heavy with mayo. Not courteous at all
