Very dry employees. Won’t speak. Not hospitable. Not very nice. Food is good but the service is absolutely horrible. I hope the DM/RM sees this and addresses the situation quickly. I won’t be back.

The idiot gentleman working at this location has absolutely no customer service skills. Did not try and help me nor would he honor my coupon that I had. I work with customers and I do whatever I can to make my customers happy. I will no longer go to this location. He needs to learn manners and how to make customers happy. The saying is "the customers are always right"

They have either cut back on the amount of meat on the pastrami or the employee didn't care. Or both. Seemed very put out that I was there ordering. This used to be "the good one" by my house... not anymore. The owner should be concerned.

I have been frequenting this location for several years, and the service and consistency has been top-notch from day one!! Because of the friendly greetings and the tasty sammies, this is a place that I look forward to visiting multiple times a week. I even had them cater an event for me and the food showed up on time, and with white glove service. Everything was brought inside and set up for my event by their driver!! Don't sleep on this Port of Subs location. I think it is one of the best in the valley.

My family and I stopped by to pick up a couple of sandwiches today for lunch. Wait was a few minutes but we were patient. I felt bad for the staff so I decided to tip a little more than I normally would. They accepted the total transaction of $46 and then told me I still owed the original amount of $30. I showed them that the transaction was approved for $46 and deducted from my account but they just kept saying I owed an additional $30 and I had to pay. So I ended up having to spend 20 minutes on the phone with my bank opening a claim. The “manager” wouldn’t make eye contact with me or even look at the receipts both showing two separate transaction approvals. He just kept saying to call my bank. I felt they were very rude and did not attempt to fix their transaction or apologize for the extra trouble or even thank us for our business. Def not worth the hassle and will share with my family who stopped here regularly before

My children love Port of subs, but they are a bit unusually picky. They always have to have the same sandwich, which they split, but no meat. Crazy kids. So when we order, which is usually for pickup, we always request meat on the side. We have never had an issue and our order is always perfect.

A few days ago I did an order for pickup for a friend to get for us, and I must have been distracted because I forgot to put black olives on it. It. When my friend picked it up, they had put a little side cup of black olives in our order. They know our order and they know we always get it with olives so they thought that we might have just forgotten. But because it wasn't put on there, they put it on the side. What an amazing bunch of people and what great service! You can't get any better than that! We will continue to order there as long as we live in this area!

WALKED IN AT 830PM FELT VERY UNWELCOME THE EMPLOYEE WITH THE LONG HAIR WAS RUDE I WALKED OUT .. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR 10 YRS LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. GOOD

The manager Brian didn’t make our sandwiches as we requested, he passed our order off to what appeared to be a new employee without any communication. The new employee barely spoke advice a whisper. Brian took the customer behind us and pushed our order back, while we stood there watching. Regina is the only valuable employee. She always makes the sandwiches to our requests, and it’s always stubby and polite. We will not be returning

I love port of subs already but this location is my favorite! The sandwich’s here are really good! The staff is always very attentive and really nice. This place is kinda far from my house but it’s always clean so I’m only gonna be going to this location instead!
