I love this place and the employees. They go the extra mile to wipe off all utensils/machinery prior to making my veggie sandwiches and pretty much know my order by heart as I walk through the door. 10/10 recommend.

Stopped off on our way to Red Rock Canyon to get sandwiches for a picnic. Nice variety of meats, cut fresh. Can make your own sandwich by choosing toppings. The sourdough bread was awesome. Made for a great picnic.

Ordered medium #9. Basically you’re paying almost $10 for bread, slice of cheese, maybe 2 slices of pastrami, and whatever extra you want to add on. You don’t get value and it just taste mediocre. I get more meat and flavor from Jimmy John’s or subway for same price.

Ordered a large catering order for a pool party. Leslie made the ordering process very very simple. Great customer service. Had to reschedule it for the following week due to weather. They again did not disappoint. Assured me it would not be a problem. Misty helped me carry my order out which was perfect and on time. She was very sweet and her customer service was on point too. I've never been disappointed with this location Thanks again guys !

Misti did a great job helping me place my catering order, and even went out of her way to deliver it on time for my daughters birthday party. She took time to help me choose items and explain the differences. The fruit platters, veggie platter, and sandwiches were all delicious. I even got some extra ranch on the side. Thanks for making the party extra special.

This Franchise has one of the most unpleasant workers ! MISTY . She recently waited on me a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER with an Attitude . That being a former New Yorker I thought I was back in the BIG APPLE !!! She rudely barked at me to give her a NUMBER !! What was she talking about ?? I'M a 1st time Customer !! I was prepared to give her the orders I was send to come in to get. WHAT NUMBER ??? She was gruff and sour faced. Never explained to me what I had to do But Pointed at the menu board. Then she WAS so rude as to Bark again about bread choices !! Now where was that ?? If it wasn't for the nice young couple behind me I doubt she would've told me where to look. Now I'm a retired CHEF if anyone of my workers had ATTITUDE like that towards a customer they'd be GONE. No excuses. If your in the FOOD SERVICE industry you either like it or leave. I will NEVER come back into this store again. The franchise owner needs to reevaluate his hiring . I know its tough to find workers today but at least hire one that WANTS and needs a job. If she was having a bad day stay home or leave it at the door.

Expected to be slow, was greeted with way beyond worse than expectations.I've been to this location enough times to know they never have my order as quickly as quoted from an online order. I don't even care for the food that much here, but my gf likes it so I caved and went here instead of Jersey Mikes (which is what I wanted).Ordered my food, was quoted 6:20 to be ready. Nbd, I'll give them some extra time to get it finished; I expect them to be slow. I get there at 6:35, only to be greeted by who I assume was the mgr - young gal, this was today 5/25. Saying, sorry but your sandwiches won't be ready for another fifteen minutes. Like... ok..? I showed up fifteen minutes late to begin with and it's still not even started being made..? Definitely a little annoyed at this point.Waited until 7:00 until we finally received our food - 25 minutes later, to which we checked the bag and were missing a sandwich completely. Good thing we checked the bag right? They fixed it quickly thankfully, but definitely shouldn't have happened - especially after so long of a wait to begin with.Just a bad experience and a bad establishment. Fix your system.
