Their mayo is pretty good but they don’t have a lot of options. I give it 3 big booms.
We got the turkey bacon avocado on garlic parmesan with everything except onions.
Bread was soft, lots of turkey bacon and avocado. Even my picky mom was impressed.
Both employees were friendly and worked well as a team.
We’ve gone to other locations but this one in Centennial Centre is our favorite.
Very good sandwiches
First time trying this place, not sure I want to give it another try. Got the chicken caesar wrap, and it was bad. It was mostly just chicken and dressing, barely any lettuce whatsoever. Not sure if they were in a hurry making the wrap or ran out of lettuce, but it was disappointing.
The food here is always great but what’s better? The customer service!
I was just in tonight and Jakayla prepared my sandwich. Excellent customer service, very sweet, respectful.
It’s not often we get good customer service these days and it was refreshing! Keep up the positive attitude Jakayla your kindness I’m sure touches people inside and outside of work!

I want to start by saying that while we have a Port of Subs closer to us, we've noticed some inconsistencies at that location. That's why we prefer coming to this one to fulfill our sandwich needs.
One thing that sets this location apart is that the staff knows us by name. They're always incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Whenever we place our order online, we walk in to find our sandwiches made perfectly, with no errors. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail keep us coming back.
Parking: This place is located in a shopping center and parking in the front can be a bit overpacked however, if you’re just picking up an online order, there’s parking in the back of the business for a quick pick ups.

For every subs to keep getting closer to $20 the quality should move in the same progressive direction. Nope it moves in the opposite direction. They are stingy as hell with their meat on sandwiches. For the price of $15/$16 you can make multiple sandwiches with the same ingredients from Walmart.

So this is my new favorite sandwich spot. I need to download the app and start getting points for all these sandwiches I've been eating

Placed order on line for 3 subs - the oil & vinegar was missing in one and we had to pull old, brown lettuce from another. Not very appetizing.

3 girls working the counter, Ayla and 2 others, one with a nose ring. I was 10 mins late for my online order pickup and they were helping a couple customers but hadn't started mine yet. I was greeted when I walked in but stood at the online order pickup for about 10m before being asked if I was picking up. They started making the sandwiches and 2 of them were wrong, and they messed up the third while we waited. Felt disorganized and zero customer service skills, the folks in front of me were frustrated about something as well saying they didn't ever wanna come back.
