For every subs to keep getting closer to $20 the quality should move in the same progressive direction. Nope it moves in the opposite direction. They are stingy as hell with their meat on sandwiches. For the price of $15/$16 you can make multiple sandwiches with the same ingredients from Walmart.

Was craving port of subs ( the #5 ). Had to drive out my way hoping when I get there it would be a clean establishment with good service and fresh food. It Was! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the two ladies were the nicest I came across in a while. I appreciate it my sandwich was delicious

3 girls working the counter, Ayla and 2 others, one with a nose ring. I was 10 mins late for my online order pickup and they were helping a couple customers but hadn't started mine yet. I was greeted when I walked in but stood at the online order pickup for about 10m before being asked if I was picking up. They started making the sandwiches and 2 of them were wrong, and they messed up the third while we waited. Felt disorganized and zero customer service skills, the folks in front of me were frustrated about something as well saying they didn't ever wanna come back.

I came in today for a sandwich and received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! The two ladies working, which I didn't get their names, we're absolutely delightful. They made me feel like I was dying at an upscale restaurant. These ladies would be an absolute treasure to have in any business. I wish I would have caught their names but this happened on Friday 6/30/2023 at 5:30 if Port of Subs management happens to be reading this. Thank you very much to this great crew!

Other than the Fresno, CA location, this one has been my favorite. They are likely the only honest sandwich chain and have the best food. Everything is freshly sliced and prepared and the employees try hard to do a good job, even when it's busy. There's multiple sandwiches which are very tasty, my recommendation is to try a different sub each time. The wallpaper has a wonderful customer testimonial from someone named Frances S. who says, "forever craving sleep, back scratches and PORT OF SUBS!" That assessment pretty much sums up everything. Both times I've been here it's become busy after I'd ordered and they did a good job of trying to keep up without making any mistakes on the orders. This location is inside a large strip mall, so it's possible to do some other errands. I had difficulty with wifi, but you can connect to Wahoo's wifi next door. The subs are the reason to visit and I'd love to have an entire port of them myself.
I love Port of Subs, there bread is better and ingredients taste fresher. The store was clean and music at a good volume. David S provided great service. He was super friendly and helpful while making my sandwich. Definitely will come back.

Terrible customer service. Had a group of 4 of us and they forgot to make a sandwich even though he told them twice. And no large bills, I think anywhere that won't accept all forms of cash is ridiculous. And that's not the employees fault, but those employees in there today where rude. I will say the sandwich was at least good.
