I’ve been going to this location for a year and a half but my last three orders have been off. Order 1 and order 3 forgot one of the meats on my sandwich, both times. And my second order the roast beef was not chewable.. Bread has been OK until I got sourdough today. It seems a bit stale and they forgot the turkey. But it is close and convenient and I hope the quality gets back to where it was. Thank you!

Had to stop to take a picture of the meal before it was gone! This is hands down the best place for subs. You know the bread was made with care. For slice of cheese and delis, they made sure that that machine was pristine before slicing. This is what every sub place should be doing! Bravo, Port of subs

This is my go to when I want a sub sandwich. Once I was home I realized that my bread was stale. I had asked for sourdough which it didn't taste like it, it seemed to be white bread. So this review is not going to change how I feel about coming back just make sure that a customer gets what is asked for

Worst sandwich I paid for. The bread was cut in such a way I believe they must have done so blind folded. I don't even think it could actually be considered a sandwich more of like a loaf of bread with a bunch of crap thrown on top of it. I'm in the hospital and this was supposed to be an edible meal I could actually enjoy, but no because the person who willingly chose to work here either hates their job, and are miserable or are just not competent and just suck at making a basic sandwich. I do not recommend anyone to order from this store because it will be a waste of your money. Go to another location where people actually know how to make it to port of subs standards instead of the lazy sloppy miserable way. What a waste.

Went into Port of Subs today. 5 employees were working and I was the only customer in the store. No one offered to take my order and they were all too busy with order their lunch than helping the customer. Fire them all. They have no will to work nor give customer service. This location is in a wealthy area and I expected way better. Last port of subs I went to was in a less nice area and they were extremely friendly and attentive. Reevaluate your work force. Disgusted.

the people who made my order were patient and kind. i went about 15 minutes ago so whoever was on shift deserves a raise. the woman who cooked my bacon continuously asked if it was cooked enough and was kind and understanding when i asked her to put it in for longer instead of being annoyed. the boy working was the first to ever understand the amount of mayo mustard mix i wanted on my sandwich. all very patient with amazing vibes!

I’ve been to this specific location a few times before and haven’t had an issue until today. Mike the owner was very rude and abrasive when I tried to add an item to my order. I’m not a fan of how he talked to me. I definitely didn’t want my food after he made it. He needs to reevaluated for his position or something if he doesn’t know the correct way to speak to customers. Probably won’t be back which is probably what he wants based off the way he was acting.

Please train your employees to not drown the sandwich with pepper. I am not sure who the new girl in there is but black pepper shaker doesn’t mean to drown it. My sandwich is inedible.
