I came here on November 29th, and Britney and Rebecca helped me. They were wonderful, more places should have people like them . I will be going back again.

Great service but the food made me sick...

I haven't eaten a sandwich in over 13 years and tge day I do I get sick..

I'm sure it's not the company but the food is definitely different now and days.

Jayden was the sweetest and most accommodating sandwich artist we've encountered. She helped my 6 year old decide which cheese to use for her sandwich and engaged my girls in the sandwich making process. They loved it! Thank you Jayden!!

Kid-friendliness: Jayden helped my picky 6 year old create her sandwich. Thank you!

I’ve been to this specific location a few times before and haven’t had an issue until today. Mike the owner was very rude and abrasive when I tried to add an item to my order. I’m not a fan of how he talked to me. I definitely didn’t want my food after he made it. He needs to reevaluated for his position or something if he doesn’t know the correct way to speak to customers. Probably won’t be back which is probably what he wants based off the way he was acting.

Please train your employees to not drown the sandwich with pepper. I am not sure who the new girl in there is but black pepper shaker doesn’t mean to drown it. My sandwich is inedible.

I can literally see a thick layer of dust on top of every tall surface in the kitchen area. Food is really good but that is very off-putting

I placed an online order for my subs. In the special instructions section I requested that they put the toppings on the side. I paid for my order online and when I showed up to pick up my order they made me pay an extra $5 to put my toppings on the side. This was not stated anywhere on the website. Apparently it’s just this location’s policy. Terrible customer service.

I frequent this exceptional sandwich shop and it's clear the owner takes pride in it. I've been to other shops nearby and they do not compare to the cleanliness and quality of produce and other ingredients on the sandwiches. Further, if things are busy they do a great job of moving things along. Highly recommended!

Usually decent. But i found a LONGGGGG hair in the sandwhich. Like how does hair get wrapped around the sandhwich. It was about 15 inches+ ? had to throw 11$ a food in the trash. And can’t dispute it because i paid with apple cash. Sooo thought id leave this message here. CHECK YOUR FOOD!

We, my husband and I, were quite surprised to see a fully organized staff sandwich shop. The employees worked as a team to complete in-person and online orders in a timely manner during lunchtime. It felt nice going to a local franchise sandwich shop with a well organized team of employees. I hope others have the same experience!!The quality of bread and sandwich products tasted fresh. The eating area tables are clean. It is October 2023, and it was nice to see their Halloween spirit by decorating an area of the sandwich shop for the season. Friendly employee!!10/20/2023 at 1:30 pm pst.

Vegetarian options: Menu offers salads, tuna sandwiches, and cheese sandwiches with your choice of toppings, i.e.; lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, pickles, peppers, and more.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. Facility offers a family-friendly atmosphere for children.

This port of subs sucks. There was a young lady that asked me what i wanted and i gave her my order. I substituted provolone for swiss and her manager scolded her that the #1 has to made with provolone(after i told her i wanted swiss). The manager took over my sandwich and started by putting a mountain of mayo mustard on it followed by 3 olives after asking for extra olives. She did not bother to smear the metric ton of mayo mustard either. wilted lettuce and their olive oil looked like it was from the biblical ages. their ice machine didn’t work and they use a panini press on subs sandwiches. If you want the best port of subs, go on town center and charleston. this one is horrible
