The patty was so thin, nothing like I saw in the pictures, and pink in the middle.
You're supposed to order your burger on a computer screen it wouldn't move beyond the mandatory tip I don't know who I was tipping I ordered on a computer screen walk to a table walk back to pick up my burger cleaned up my mess who am I tipping a computer screen????

I asked a staff member who was cleaning tables if the fryers for fries were a designated fryer. He went and asked the cooks. They are not, which is common. But! The cook came out after ordering letting the staff know I did not want a bun, asking if I wanted a lettuce wrap. The wrap was impressive. To note, I ate here many times before having to go gluten free, the bun does not make the burger in this case. I would eat it no bun, no lettuce with my hands and still be 100% satisfied! I highly recommend for late night or early morning hang over cures! You wont be disappointed. Also, everything, I mean everything on the menu is fire!

Food was good and the service is very fast.
The only knock on this place is pricing is high for fast food but that’s likely only because of the location.

$15 for a $0.99 McDonald’s style burger… was like a smash burger that was sitting in steam or water.

Good Burger but ridiculously overpriced! $112 for 3 Cheeseburger, Fries and Coke. Smash style, good flavor, bun was good, but nothing special. Fries were really good. Kiosk ordering only, small little seating area next to casino.

The lady was so rude, she did not want to help me at all she has black straight hair and red lipstick. Emotionless lady who shouldn’t be working there. Does not put the customer first and was too busy trying to finish her duties to even have a full sentence conversation with me. All I asked her, was what was the best burger on the menu? Never eating here again. And I hope no one visits this place. Disgusting service.

Given how expensive everything is in the strip, I actually though this was a really good option! Solid fries, quality ingredients and fast service. I would definitely eat here again.

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First all of the workers were rude. Then for sauces if you forgot to order them you have to pay 3 dollars for one? Also they make you go back in line to order sauces. And it is right by the poker tables.

I had the wagyu mushroom burger and it was very tasty and hit the spot, it was just a bit more greasy that I’m used to. I used the self serve kiosk to order and the food was served fairly quickly. It’s worth a try if you’ve never tried it.

Average burger and chicken tenders. $12 US for water is outrageous, can go to the bar nearby for free. Long wait but better burger than some other local places.

I've went here the last 2 times in Vegas. Both times the order was wrong. 1st time they were mad, 2nd time last night at 10pm after our flight got it to go and jad to ho nack. They they took 5 minutes looking to make sure I ordered it right then threw the burger on the counter no apology nothing. These are 17$ burgers with a tip, when you order from a kiosk.

Pretty darn good. Exactly what you'd want out of a griddled burger.
Onion rings on point.
Delicious vegetarian burgers and especially good fries. A bit pricey, but regular players get discounts.
