Food was great! Prices are high. Sauce is an aditional $1.25/oz. Staff is hard to understand from behind glass. Location is great!

I work in the plaza at Dinosaur Outpost. I go by everyday I have to work to get chips for lunch. Today November 25th around 3:25 pm I had ordered my usual: a giga Jojo chips with minimal salt. I never received it and the 3 men at the counter didn't even acknowledge me when it had been 20 minutes since I ordered, I still have not received my food and they wouldn't let me get a refund as they ignored me when I had asked. My break is now over as I only get 30 minutes and I am still hungry as I never got what I paid for. I was really looking forward to getting these chips, yet I don't think that will happen. I put the buzzer back and walked off. Long story short, I did not receive anything that I paid for and I did not receive a refund as compensation.

Always come here but usually they close ahead of their advertised time.

I came at 8.45 PM and staff declined to take the order.

If you close early, you probably should advertise accurate operating hours.

Probably the only disappointing and unusual potato corner. So many strict rules that only benefits their shop/owner. Its like that usual business that is more profit oriented than customer focused.

Fries are great however I was required to add 75cents for an extra powder on top just to make it taste good. Their regular serving barely has any powder.

Plus they don’t allow half and half. Only one flavor per order even if its a Giga.

They don’t allow cash too. No strawberry lemonade when we went and their bottled water is too small for its price. Idk. Maybe I just got really disappointed to say this many. I usually don’t.

Ordered sour cream and onions original fries. The fries are great and the ppl are friendly. 3 stars bc I was told the wait time is about 20-30 minutes which actually took longer. Ppl that ordered after me got their fries and so I decided to go up and ask about mines letting them know it's almost an hour and ppl that ordered after me got theirs. The lady got my fries for me but still don't understand why I had to wait almost and hour and 2 ppl.after me got theirs before me.

Definitely not impressed with the 25 min wait for 3 piece chicken and Jojo chips. Food was ehh. Too many people standing around doing nothing for food to take that long and to just be ehh.

They don’t do refills.

Recommended dishes: French Fries and Chicken

Showed up at 7:30pm to get some fries and got told they stopped serving food all together and I can only get a drink. Would understand if they closed at 8:00 but then I look and they close at 9. I'm well over an hour to get some food. I don't know how you stop serving food an hour and a half early. The store I guess is making their own hours at this point. Kind of ironic, I put a one star for food being generous even though I’ve never even tried it.

Good food for price and location

I was surprised to find that my "Giga" order serving size was tiny. The girl showed me the "Mega"and that was small. The price is pretty high for such a small amount of fries.

It's just frustrating how we got there 40mins before closing just for them to tell us that they're not taking orders anymore. I wish they would just put that they close around 8:30 so we wouldnt just walk all the way there and get disappointed. I drove all the way there for nothing.

Very nostalgic. I used to buy their fries often when we get to go to any mall back in the Phillipines when I was a kid. It taste the same too so that's good!
